@@stj5853me casually sitting at 14-16 hours regularly. When i showed my friends and they were shocked i wad like oh. Maybe im on it too much. But tbf i use it as a tv and for messages and background music so not too surprising
I once downloaded an app that locks you out of your phone. I then proceeded to turn on emergency mode and used the 2 minutes it gave me to delete the app.
@@pari5063 click on your profile top right, then settings, general and you can remind yourself of bed time, or remind yourself to take a break with a timer. that’s for youtube, now im not sure about android but for ios devices you go on settings, screen time, app limits and add a limit to any app you want, and that app will be inaccessible from the time limit you set and will be accessible again after its past that time gap.
mine used to be about 11-13 hrs (most due to me reading novels/mangas on my phone) a day. i managed to drop it down to 3-6 hours a day 😇. the app limit is a life saver and buying a ebook reader helped a lot

Exactly what happened to me this week. I always assume i am 1-2 hours on my phone. But I checked the digital well being app in my settings and it was on 10 hours. Time flies when you are scrolling your life away 💀
Bro, I average 12.5 hours a day. Some weeks 13-14 💀🤦🏻♂️ I’m ashamed in myself. It’s cause I spend most of that time editing my RU-vid videos, and when I’m at work (I opened a small shop here in Mexico) I get bored and just watch bob’s burgers, and the Simpsons 😂 smh 🤦🏻♂️
Don’t be ashamed of yourself, make an effort to reduce the screen time. Honestly it sounds like a peaceful life, wish you lots of success and happiness.
Maybe he checked screen time on Sunday when he got the notification so it immediately shows the screen time for the new week but he might have gotten confused and thought it was for the old week
