The theme of interior design is so interesting! Maybe someone will tell me free courses, like a course from planner 5d. I really liked it

We couldn't agree more, Jane, the world of home design is truly an incredible one! In terms of courses, there are all sorts of free programs out there where you can play around and work on your skill-set. :) However, if becoming a professional designer is something you're interested in, we definitely recommend a proper certification course! While not free, there are definitely amazing programs out there that are affordable and budget-friendly. The self-paced, online courses offered by QC Design School, for example, are available through low monthly payment plans, to those who prefer this option (as opposed to paying the full tuition upfront). You can see our full list of courses here: www.qcdesignschool.com/online-courses/ To see the prices for all of our courses (including how much it'd cost per month on our affordable payment plan), you can simply go here: enroll.qcdesignschool.com/. Select the course(s) you're interested in, and then under the Shipping Information section, simply choose the country you currently reside in. Then you can just scroll down and see what the total cost of the course will be for you, and how much it'd cost per month if you were to go with our monthly payment plan. :) If you have any other questions, our amazing Student Support Team would be happy to assist you! They can be reached by phone, email, or live chat - depending on your personal preference. :) All of their contact info can be found here: www.qcdesignschool.com/contact-us/ I hope this helps! Thanks again for commenting, Jane, and we hope you have a terrific day! x

It sort of occured to me out of the blue, but based on my very limited knowledge, this sounds like something I would genuinely enjoy doing as a career. I had a brief career in CAD drafting, then pivoted to remote admin/supply chain type work. It's a nice gig and all, but it's not something I'm absolutely passionate about either. Mostly as a hobby, I've been really into achieving a cohesive aesthetic for my bedroom the past year or so and often find myself looking up pieces/furniture I absolutely cannot afford but just like to visualize. I will definitely research this subject a lot more to get a greater feel for it!

thank you so much for this video. I have been going to a community college in my city for a year now. studying drafting and architecture. i soon realized im terrible at math and that id much rather be in a field with more creativity and designing than math and drafting in autocad. i am soon going to drop out to become an interior decorator instead. is this a good idea?

Hi there, thanks so much for commenting! :) Ultimately, whichever career you choose to pursue is entirely up to you. That said, if you're passionate about interior decorating, and willing to put in the work and commitment required to thrive, then being an interior decorator can ABSOLUTELY be an exciting, successful career for you! If you'd like to learn a little more about what the job of an interior decorating entails, we've written an Ultimate Guide on our blog, The Focal Point, that breaks down everything you need to know about this career, as well as how to properly get started: www.qcdesignschool.com/2021/08/how-to-become-an-interior-decorator-the-ultimate-guide/ Additionally, if you'd like to learn more about QC Design School's Interior Decorating Program, all the info for this program can be found here: www.qcdesignschool.com/online-courses/interior-decorating/ This course is 100% self-paced and online, rather than in a brick-and-mortar classroom setting. Starting from the date you enroll, you'll get 2 full years to complete the program. However, many of our graduates have found that they were able to graduate in as little as 3-6 months, simply by devoting 1-2 hours per WEEK to their studies. :) If you have any further questions about this course or QC Design School in general, we welcome you to email our amazing Student Support Team at info@qcdesignschool.com. They're available 7 days a week to help! Again, thanks so much for taking the time to leave such a great comment. We wish you all the best and the utmost success in all your future endeavors! Sincerely, The QC Team

Is this the program that requires a monthly or yearly membership fee after completion?
@QCDesign
@QCDesign 2 года назад
Hi LeeLee, great question! No, none of QC Design School's courses require any sort of membership fee - nor do you need to pay anything outside of your specific course. At the time of enrollment, you can either pay upfront the full cost of your desired course, or instead select our low monthly payment plan, which allows you to pay off your course on a recurring monthly basis. Once your course is paid in full, that's it! Furthermore, the internationally-recognized certification you'll receive upon graduating does NOT come at an additional cost (as it shouldn't), and you do NOT need to pay anything after receiving it in order to keep it current/active. :) I hope this helps answer your question! If you have any other inquiries, please feel free to reach out to our amazing Student Support Team, as they'll be more than happy to give you any additional info you're looking for. They can be reached by phone, live chat, or email - depending on your personal preference. All of their contact info can be found here: www.qcdesignschool.com/contact-us/ Thanks for commenting, LeeLee, and I hope this helps. Have a wonderful day! x

Hi Emma! :) From the date you enroll, you'll have a full 2 years to complete your course with QC Design School. However, since our training is 100% self-paced, you can decide how much or how little of that time you'll need. For reference, many of our grads found that by devoting just 1-2 hours per week on their studies, they were able to graduate from their course and earn their certification in as little as 3-6 months. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to email our Student Support Team at info@qcdesignschool.com. Thanks so much for commenting!

dose this course help you get a job ?
@shannoncooper2526
@shannoncooper2526 2 года назад
The most common career path for graduates is to start their own business in the field and the courses have integrated business lessons to help with that. However, if you wanted to seek employment instead you would look for positions with an existing design agency, or in retail. Job opportunities will vary based on location so I would encourage you to check out your local listings to see what is available where you live specifically :)
