I would love to stream my poker-learning journey (I think making decisions with incomplete information is a good life skill to hone), but I think the general consensus is that streaming games of chance is evil.
@@carsonjuell the popular argument is that it promotes gambling, especially to younger people, even if you explicitly tell people not to gamble (they see you having fun and wanna try it)
i fucking love the framing of the shots in the golf section, idk why but there's something so cool about monologuing while sitting sprawled out far away from the camera, or sitting on a golf car with pretty scenery. idfk why it just looks so weirdly satisfying it's fucking sick
omg I was at Bacchanal at the same time as y'all and thought that might have been you waiting in line, but i didn't want to get all parasocial about it. Glad to see you had a good bachelor party and fun to hear your thoughts on Vegas!
shaquille i love how thoughtful you are about things. everything you say sounds so refreshing because i feel like you stopped and consciously formed a plan or opinion or preference. this was a really nice watch
Honestly, all the price inflation across the country makes me love NYC more. All the food, prices are the same or lower for local NYC food than Austin or SF or Seattle or Vegas or whatever. NYC is easier to navigate as a traveler (cheap subway, no uber fares, no rental car, 3 area airports) and it's surprising value for free stuff and cheap food.
Love these long anti-podcast videos. It's interesting to see how you organized your trip way in advance with the whole points system which is quite foreign to me as someone living in Ireland. More long term videos to come?
genuinely such a fun video - i experienced my first bachelor party trip a year or so ago in Nashville, Tennessee, and I'm here for the chaotic bro energy this video exudes on every level. Another banger
I don't know whether to thank you or curse you for introducing me to Casino Quest in your guide to Vegas, but you've definitely rekindled my love of craps/Vegas. Hearing them, and now you, talk about Ellis Island really has me wanting to check them out!
As someone who lives in vegas, nothing hurts more than going somewhere else, paying the same price and getting a less experience. I just have to frame the location to the experience "ok so this is the best place in Austin for brunch, ok then."
When the world has turned into an empty dust bowl, and human kind is a gone and no longer remembered by anyone, this video will become an artifact on a server buried deep under waste and sand, buried deep under countless bits and bytes and zeroes and ones, and will lie there untouched and forgotten, until it is touched by the limb of a new species, a visitor, a space tourist, and they will watch this video from start to finish, without making a sound, registrering, analyzing, consuming, until the video ends, and they will look at eachother and proclaim: this is what it was like to be An American.
I somehow just found this video and GFOTY in the intro is so based. It is actually crazy how well tailored your videos are to me. I never hear people talk about or use GFOTY's music.
Love the Ellis Island shoutout. My tip- I live in EST so I’m always up at 5-6AM my first 2 days from jet lag. I wake up, kiss my lady on the forehead and get over to Ellis Island for empty tables and EXCELLENT bloody Marie’s.
This video reminds me of that old bachelor party video you made waaaay back, and I love the vibes. Could I get a link to the song at the end, by any chance?
In Chicago i think we have ube horchata mix in some grocery stores, n some places that have it? Will report back if rediscovered. But, definitely worth, any reason is a good reason to drink horchata.
Lol was just in Vegas, in the neighboring MGM hotel. Go figure! Check out TON TON KATSUYA (off strip) if you have time. Some of the best fucking Katsu on the planet. Highly recommend. Show up right at opening or else you'll wait outside in the 110 degree heat for like an hour
@@netshaq2 thanks man! Love these Vegas vids. I’m definitely a low roller but I come with money to spend. My biggest pet peeve is when the people you go to Vegas with aren’t ready for the “Vegas experience” e.g. they are afraid of spending money on gambling/food/experiences, aren’t prepared to walk, etc. I’ll never be a club guy so I like to spend my time at the tables. Nothing like it where I’m from. Hope to see more Vegas content although I know that’s probably gonna be limited in future.
