Very good summary, clear, concise, to the point with lots of details. I’ve been visiting the city to pick a neighbourhood to move to. Still undecided but this narrowed it down to Russian hill or the Marina pretty much. Good work.

Is it true that even in the rich neighborhoods they have had to hire security just to walk to their cars, cause the crime rate is thru the roof?

She live in marina district I think so obviously she not gonna see a lot of the crime. Ppl live in a bubble in sf they care about progressive issues but they don’t give a fuck about teenagers shooting each other in Hunters point Sunnydale or Fillmoe. As long as their car isn’t robbed they don’t really care about the shit and piss and needles on playgrounds of SF. Ppl care more about being gay in sf than enforcing laws

Used to live in the Richmond district the 31 and the 38 busses were my ride or die. I live outside the city now and really never go anymore - my downtown is going to Burlingame Ave lmao- so love watching your videos! Reminds me of when I used to hang there

Dang clubs used to be it like 10 years ago. Aging myself im 30 lol but we used to go to the Marina but a heard some of the clubs there closed down like Circa. Dang bringing me to memory lane lolol

Its always easy to make friends and network if you are a White Chick! They have no idea how easy its for them in so many ways. If you are a male and specially non white, its extremely hard no matter which city you go to in U.S

Most of the country is in the 90s or 100 degrees this summer and SF is a cool 65ish degrees which I think is much much better

So I visited San Francisco the end of September and I was downtown just a block away from the tenderloin which I've heard about because I watched so many videos before actually visiting I walked through the tenderloin at 2 a.m. it was filled with homeless people but I felt okay also I'm a black male so... the city needs to do something about their homeless population in Center City it's really unsettling

Unfortunately I wasn't really accepted in SF because of my race. Marina is great - if you're white. I think it would be interesting to describe SF from the perspective of a non white male. Completely different. You probably have made tons of friends there and had a lot of fun...

would you recommend having a car when moving there? Also, what is a good place/affordable to live when looking for a place by yourself?

I would say you don't necessarily need a car unless you live further out like Sunset, Richmond, Bernal Heights areas. Those neighborhoods tend to be a bit more affordable to get a place by yourself, but they're also a bit more 'suburban' - hope that helps!

Lots of public transportation just have to deal with certain people. Cheap place upper mission district. Living marina pacific heights can really distort your pocket book.

There’s enough public transport to get by day to day without a car. But there’s so much to do in the wider bay area and California that if you don’t have a car your life will be extremely limited!

I have lived in SF for over 20 years and I do own a car and have a dedicated spot in my apartment parking garage.. it's safer to have a garage though tons of people in my neighborhood park their car outside

I am a 4th generation Still living in San Francisco and I kind of hate these fuckers who move here and they try and make new acronyms for the different districts. Miss my old San Francisco when these transplants used to just visit and go home. Also as for the weather in San Francisco we have micro climates here. I grew up in the Mission District the weather is pretty consistent here. The Mission has the best weather in the city. Tech people go back to your homes please

Santa Clara is the heart of the Silicon Valley, NOT San Francisco. Without Santa Clara you wouldn't have Facebook, Google, You-Tube etc.

Facebook and Google have offices in SF, RU-vid is headquartered in San Bruno and SF is headquarters to Salesforce, Uber, AirBnB, Pinterest, Doordash , Lyft just to name a few...

I don’t like ur neighborhood review there are so many more neighborhoods than that in sf and many cheaper places to rent for less rich people or people just starting to work in the city. Excelsior, Alemany, Oceaview, ingleside…
