She also didn't listen to Katie most of the time, you could see it in her expressions as Katie spoke. Lisa was only thinking about what she wanted to say and impulsively interrupted. I would say poor Katie yet she is seasoned and, although it's tiresome, she can handle it. I do think that she saved all of the questions from the public for Neil not because he was the only person who could answer all of them, but because she was weary of the interaction with Lisa.
