For people who are wondering why they took the original down is probably because of all the comments that are saying there not eating enough food through out the day and that one of the members are taking supplement pills in the morning.
their diets are not as strict as some of the diets other people follow and they have to be in shape so they do have to restrict themselves sometimes but I think they’re eating enough
Well not unhealthy at all if you eat it with conciousness and you do sports. A lot of Italians eat those kind of things every day, but they're not fat or something. U can eat whatever u like, be comfortable with your needs and do sports everything will be great after that. Love ya! ♡
@@lailas8451 obv u need to be careful but as i said before do sports is important. And gain weight doesn't always mean being fat. U put weight even with muscles and the conformation of your body is also an important thing to care about. Veggies and fruits are important, but u need carbs and be active in your life. I wish I had her metabolism. She looks amazing. If I eat a donut, I can't have any other treats for three days. 😒🤣 But she also sounds like she eats healthy otherwise, so I'm sure she can afford the donut. Plus I'm sure she's working out like crazy - she looks so fit and athletic! If I were back at 80 miles a week of running, I could handle a donut. I'd still never look as good as her, but I could eat a donut. 😂

It's not even like judging but more about people giving opinions which I have seen happen in almost all of these diet videos despite of their gender. And idols are infact asked about their diet. sure, company's/labels do often pressure trainees and idols into diets or beauty standards. but it's also the public, our society. chaery has received mass hate for her looks since debut. people calling her fat and ugly. she's talked about how that effected her and her mother even begged everyone to stop attacking her. so to be honest, i think it's less jype now and more just her and the others trying to be liked by their fans and the general media. they all lost weight after articles came out saying they had thick legs.
people are so sensitive. it doesn't sound like any of them are starving themselves, and all of their diets seem to include indulgences so i don't understand what the issue is? some people don't like to eat breakfast, i personally dont feel hungry in the mornings. its fine so long as you get your necessary calories at some point in the day :/
Its because we've gotten used to eating so much constantly as a society that someone eating normal, good portions with decent food options is like seeing a rare species of deer or something. Its insane
I don't get hungry until around 1-2pm. I don't really focus on calories (I find it dumb to count calories for me). I focus on nutrient-dense foods and if I am full I stop eating.
yeah as someone with an ed their food intake is fine, there are much worse things they could be doing, I wish people wouldn't assume their relationship with food :(

@@KpopTrashSince i mean, all groups in jyp are divided into divisions, twice and itzy are in different ones so im sure that had some impact in it. it seems that jype has been a lot less stricter when it comes to diets & stuff than before, they mostly just focus on eating healthy rn and letting the idols eat by their will. i do agree that momo's diet is absolutely awful though, it seems that they were a lot stricter when it comes to that back in twice's time.

Jyp hasn't changed one bit it's just that some members of itzy are on the skinnier side and have nice proportions naturally and also to be completely honest I don't think all the members are telling the full truth. Ryujin's English pronounciation is amazing. It constantly astounds me. Ryujin seems to speak with no thought to it and it's so effortless. Everyone else has to put thought into their words, not a bad thing at all, clearly Ryujin has got English down. I'm proud of her. I'm thankful of them all for speaking English for us even though they find it hard to.
We should never take for granted that they all learned English along with all the stages, practices and classes. Their extra work to include the English speaking world (and Chinese and Japanese) is not taken lightly and is most appreciated. Midzy will always support you.

i hope they realize most ppl nowadays should be taking some supplements. most of us nowadays eat like trash and could actually really benefit from taking supplements for what we miss out on in our diet. i mean it really shouldn’t be the only thing she eats in the morning but i bet you if she had switched out “supplements” for coffee and then nothing else, people would have criticized her less even though it’s essentially the same effect.

The people who are attacking Chaeryeong for taking supplements need to understand that she did not specify what supplements she’s taking. They could be for skin, hair, nails, etc. so don’t jump straight to the assumption that she’s taking hunger suppressant pills and skipping breakfast because you don’t know! Plus she is not fluent in english and she is clearly being vague because of that.

I think that you need to research more on biology. There are people with super metabolism that keeps them skinny even if they eat pudding everyday. My friend is one of those, Yuna probably is too. And Yuna also said she doesn’t eat after 8PM, that is literally one of the tips to stay fit and slim

My nail artist is Korean and she said that unlike America it is normal to not eat so much and be conscious about your weight in Korea. Also, their diet is full of fresh foods and they don't use lots of oil or dairy products when cooking which is why they tend to be on the slimmer side. So if you ever find yourself being a kpop stan and comparing yourself to them, remember that they don't usually starve to achieve their look (won't deny that a few idols do go to extremes), they actually have a really clean diet naturally due to their culture.
These are teen girls /young women, so still growing, who excercise way more than average with dance and performance. Why are people trying to say the amount they're eating is healthy, it's dangerous and I see why the video was taken down as it's not good for young people to think they should do the same
