Today I managed to replicate your SEAD video (Tunisia map, A-7E, Walleye with pod, same airfield on the top left of map). 4 bombs hit in succession, 5th failed and I got “Roland’s” while RTB. lol. Almost there, but thank you for your tips and key bind advice.

For anyone wondering why that Su-25 suicide into the airfield around 6:15. Player "Pz223MTO" is doing an old cheesy tactic to milk the economy. Rocket the airfield and allow themselves to get killed by the SAMs. Respawn and repeat the same one-way trip. That is why he was top of the score with a high TNT count, but with over 10+ deaths. This is who we as Sim players refer to as "zomber" players. It's these types of players who are pulling crap like this is one of the reasons why our economy keeps getting nerf every year.

I think you got such little tnt equivalent when bombing the airfield was because you barely actually hit anything on the airfield. If I remember right, in sim there are 4 main facilities you need to aim for to contribute to base bombing, those being the runway, hangars, crew facilities (on the ww2 era airfields they're tents) and fuel dumps, which is usually a pile of barrels. If you don't hit any of those, the airfield takes no damage and you don't get rewarded. EDIT: Would like to add that various damaged facilities also effect an airfield's capabilities, destroyed facilities (at least used to) render the relevant service inoperable, such as a destroyed fuel dump disallowing people to refuel there. I'm not sure how it is anymore though.

It is only for assaults and work on ground targets. Low altitudes, worked out, went into supersonic. Tactics, cold calculation. Exclusively for Simulation Battles

I kind of wish that runway cratering was a thing in SIM. Then it could take a few minutes to repair. 10 - 20 seconds for each crater depending on the size. This is to temporarily deny the use of the runway. Also destroying airfield hangers and buildings should increase the time it takes to repair and rearm at the airfield. Even a basic style of logistical warfare would make SIM more fun. If airfields had actual munition and fuel stockpiles that could be destroyed for extra points. And perhaps even effect the availability of support services for players. 3 -4 minutes with no repairs or rearm available at a field while afterward only some munitions are available for use. Slowly building up to a full ready state over about 10 min. Multiple storage depot's at or around an airfield to make it a little more challenging than just one bombing run and the field is unusable. As well as multiple runways to protect against cratering making the airfield completely inoperable. I dream of better things in SIm. I think that I will just keep dreaming.

i just saw phly daily new vid on the a6e intruder he was using the gbu 12s almost like cruise missiles i think u should give it a go in sim to combat spaa it seems the aerodynamics on it are crazy

Air sim feels like the last shore to try and have some fun, even with the ludicrously low rewards it has.

Also as a fighter when 10.3 is top it's pretty great

The WT CCIP seens incorrect...the way we have to dive is just too much...and some of CCRPs are incomplete making it hard to do hight alt bombing...one example is the A10s...thing doesnt even have the timer you basically have to guess... Edit:would be awesome if gaijin added separate keys for chaff and flares

I've been trying to get my bombs and rockets to "Ripple" fire. I can select how many i want to, but every time i hit the space bar it still on fires/drops 1 bomb. How do you do it?

Hey Hunter, a while ago you put out a video detailing how laser guided weapons work. In this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wUXfuxjpVvY.html this guy just drops the bombs without TRACK or POINT showing, but they are still hitting lasered targets. Have Gaijin changed how things work yet again?? So bloody confusing.
