These slice of life type episodes make you forget there's a whole evil organization from last season that didn't get completely dealt with that was causing problems. Spent most of this season doing the standard busy work and building/improving interpersonal relationships. Then suddenly fire and corpses and the return to the ???%

Usually in Anime you can always tell shit is gonna go bad when everything seems fine and "Happy" but Mob was the only show that ever managed to completely fool me, literally everyone expected either Mob or Tsubomi to stand at that door and everything just went from 0 to 100 too fucking quick. Subverting expectations with ease.

On the roof thing. Before my family moved here in america, going to the roof for lunch is only a privilege of the upperclassmen. The younger kids stayed in there rooms to eat lunch or at the cafeteria if they buy lunch from school. The roof top thing became a trope in anime for confessions since after school if the janitors forget to lock the roof, it's a nice private place. But then again, it should always be locked up after lunch time. Well in my old school.

Man and here I am hoping Saitama and mob would meet up in their respective universes and fight. I know it’s not feasible story line wise as neither of them have reasoning to fight one another but I think it would’ve been bad ass to see the fight in the mangas from each characters respective point of view/internal dialogue. Yes it would be the same fight in both mangas but what’s going through both characters heads would add allot to it, plus I don’t think anything like that has been done before with a manga/anime

The old guy from a past episode sent all the money he promised to the religion thinking it was Mob, so that's why in this episode it showed the whole fancy headquarters. The ending was so fkn good. After this episode, I was convinced that Mob was going to become the world-ending threat the rest of the characters would suddenly have to overcome. It would have been such an interesting, albeit dark, way to progress the story. We had just gotten used to Mob arriving and saving the day everytime by being a god-like entity....and then suddenly he'd be the devil.
