I unironically pump Build's OST into my veins as I get my gym sesh in, or sometimes the OOO's OST if I'm feeling like switching it up.

Kuuga's op is slow yes, but it makes you feel like you are slowly evolving into a new form of human while your body begins burning up.

Doing that last pushup as ISSA screams "THE END JUSTIFAIZ THE MEANS" is wild, man.

I added Break The Chain and Climax Jump randomlly into my workout mix, so I would just finish doing somethin to a song from Berserk just for Kiva to break into my house, snap my legs in two and gently scream "BAKU BAKU BEATING HEART" directly into my soul.

so as a fellow gym rat/toku fan, I listen to ONLY toku while working out, something about working to become a great hero just gets your blood pumping. Like Suprise Drive and Shinkenger's opening theme are the 2 themes when I'm ready to go over my current weight cap. Helps with the bench press too when I need explosive power on the last set. Running to Suprise Drive, REALxEYEZ, and Life is Showtime oooooo MAN! The rush.

Personally, I'm a "Kamen Rider Black - Henshin Theme" kind of guy. The baseline in that track is bonkers.
