@@fhdz5488 You're making an ignorant, prejudicial assertion. So my response is, go blow smoke somewhere else. What's fictional is that something came from nothing, life came from non-life, and fish became philosophers. That's the kind of story only atheist fundies can believe.
@@user-oy4hj8sm8j It's just 2000 years old book, Greek philosophy has more wisdom and historical facts than a book called Bible which created a demonic structure like catholic Church whose main motive was controlling the population.
Lmfao. Never even heard of this guy but I know the worst types of people are the ones who try to present themselves as intelligent and philosophical while simultaneously falling for every single falsehood, psy-op, and coverup ever assigned to him throughout all of human history. Acting like they came up with all of their programmed installed thoughts by themselves.
Yeah I'm out, I was considering listening to this episode but between this and the other clip, he's just frustrating because a lot of what he's saying is just ignorant or wrong and it's frustrating. @@addaminsane I took a risk. I thought perhaps I could say something that would lead to information and not personal attacks. Alas, once again I was proven idealistic in my attempt. Have a good day and may you feel uplifted by your use of rhetoric.
It just makes sense what he says, if you tell people the truth and let them make their own decisions the world would be a better place. I could listen to Killer Mike all day, just a great interview.
I don't understand why joe wont invite biblical scholars on to discuss the bible. Doug Wilson, James White, or Jeff Durbin would love to share real knowledge on the subject.
True to a degree, but that really has nothing to do with biblical writing. Have you ever heard of , Josephus's Antiquities? Josephus as a Jewish Historian who published the book after the Jews were defeated by Romans.
A study of ANY religion without an understanding of the political context of its origin and growth, tends to make loyal believers. Mike has a bird's-eye view of the subject that's also free from academic arrogance. While he may not have dotted all the i-s and crossed the t-s, his general opinion is refreshing.
His opinion is very sophomoric and basic, if anything, his understanding of the Bible can be gotten from spending a day in atheist/black Israelite RU-vid

Spot on take. Eisegetical interpretation (i.e. reading your own viewpoints into the text) as opposed to exegetical interpretation (i.e. reading the meaning out of the text). We all have our biases but awareness and an attempt to mitigate their impact is what’s most important to be as close to objectivity as possible.
It helps them to think that they're the ultimate victims...coz it gives them the consolation of feeling special. Africans enslaved Africans, and sold them to the Arabs and Europeans and North Africans (Arabic too).....but the race thing is their one word answer for everything... forgetting that the word "slave" itself is derived from the Slaves, Europeans who became synonymous with the practice that it was named after them.
He is wrong about the term redneck. So are most people, who believe that it deals with the fact that a lot of poor whites in the south worked the land, and got sunburned on the neck as a result. That is not what the term came from. It came from the fact that many of the settlers of the south were Scots-Irish, and that in the time when they were fighting for independence against England, they wore red kerchiefs around their necks in order to distinguish themselves on the battlefield from their foes. The English most definitely did use it as a term of derision, but that is the real origin of the term.
Interesting I think I heard that a while back but forgot. Makes sense. "Redskins" was the same. The tribe leader called his people The Redskins cuz they painted their faces with mica powder, had nothing to do with race.
They didn't fight for independence against England, it was against Britain. The Scottish fought alongside the English from the very beginning. Scotland was the enemy to the new United states. The Scots were part of the land army and the navy.
Completely wrong. Scotch Irish were Scottish and English people who invaded Ireland and settled in Ireland. They were a part of England's invasion of Ireland. The native Irish resisted it.
Their concept of what the Bible even is, is so embarrassingly ignorant that they are openly talking about how they wish they could edit it. It's the Word of God, not a history book... Smgdmfh
@Dan-pt2tn Yet the bible has been edited a bunch. To the point where some books have been left out. You think the Bible was written in one day? Everything from Genesis to Revelations was written through the span of millenia, and the people that put the shit together were working under the order of a king with his own motives. You are insane if you think an all powerful God would make this his one and only word in such a sloppy disorganized way.
@@EonSound You don't seem to understand that the point of the bible is to tell stories that teach wisdom. It doesn't matter if it was edited. It would be edited as new ideas of wisdom supercede old wisdom.
I don't think Jesus was black and he certainly was not white. He was just like the people who live in Isreal today, Arabic speaking countries is probably the closest color to Jesus.

Y’all know about the dead sea scrolls? the stories of the Bible were being told for thousands of years and then in 1956 we found the Dead Sea scrolls which were thousands of years older telling the same stories. Showing they are the same stories that haven’t been changed except for translation
Propaganda its all a lie i can find a part of the dead sea scrolls thats older than that one 20 years from now all i have to do is put it in a cave and go get 20 years from now and say he look what i found......just like Christopher Columbus found the americas 😂😂😂😂😂😂 you ppl believe anything
Thousands of years? The Dead Sea Scrolls are only 2,000 years old. You can't say the same exact stories were being told because you don't have the original writings to compare it to, the Dead Sea scrolls are just one set of many copies of translations of copies of translations. Lastly just because the same stories may have been told over a period of 2500 to 3000 years, doesn't make those stories true. The stories of the Omni-God Ahu Mazda from the first known Monotheist religion which is the ancient Persian religion of Zoroastrianism have been told longer than any Hebrew stories about their Omni-God Yahweh, and that religion still exists to this very day, so why don't you believe in that? Since those stories have been told even longer? The stories of Sumerian Gods, which are the oldest religious texts that we know of, still get told today as they were told 6,000 to 7,000 years ago, so do you believe in those stories? Especially since some of those stories "coincidentally" ended up in the Torah aka the Old Testament 4,000 years later, but slightly modified with different names and scenarios? How about the Ancient Egyptian religion that existed before Judaism and the fact that they had the 10 Commandments first in their religious texts known as the Book of the Dead? Hinduism is also older than Judaism and Christianity and the same Hindu stories have been told longer than the stories in the Bible or the Torah. Just because stories have been told for a long time unchanged doesn't make those stories true.

Hilarious hearing Rogan talk about how racism was inherent in "the way they (the forefathers) structured the country." And as soon as the next guess comes on, he'll be questioning the reality of systematic racism and critical race theory.
Critical Race Theory is bullshit for different reasons. It’s just a medium to spread critical theory/ Marxist philosophies. The existence of systemic racism, least or present, does not validate CRT.

No it was to grant power to southern slave holding states based on the population of slaves who couldn’t vote. They counted slaves as 3/5 of a human as a means of determining population based representation in the union. The slave owning states were negotiating and claiming they wouldn’t join the union without counting their slaves among the population.
Genghis Khan had 2 notable generals that lead a lone campaign into Europe on the Khan’s behalf. Genghis was trying to cement his influence in the Levant if I remember correctly as his general slaughtered their way into ancient Hungary before returning back to Khan after a fairly successful conquest.
