So sad, and they don't care! The frustration some of my colleagues and my former hospital have faced when bringing resources to help Ghanaians is unbelievable but true. May God save the country!
But if it's mosquito nets,some Ghanaian need them, and a lot of people are dying from malaria in Ghana, so why not clear and distribute them to the people who need them dearly. Ghana, what is going on?.

If it had be food stuff they could have siphoned and distributed for campaigns they would have waived off all the charges. We allow them and their families to get treatments on taxpayers money abroad so they dont care. Let them use the same facilities the citizens uses or fund their own treatments abroad. I bet you they'll start thinking

There is no demurrage due for goods already unloaded from a ship. Demurrage is only due for goods onboard a ship after Laytime has ended. Laytime is duration allocated and charges applicable for cargo discharge.
