The mask is very popular amongst Asians (i worked in a Japanese cosmetics store for years) but if you have fine/ damaged hair and want to try a Japanese treatment/ mask try Lux damage care (it's in a gold package) it works really well! ❤ Most Japanese shampoo and conditioner from drug store brands are really really good but sometimes one is better than another for different hair types.
@@cullengal93 You might like Kracie Himawari (the pink one) my friend was using it before and she's curly but it may depend on the state of your hair. Other brands that are popular Je l'aime by Kose, Ichikami line by Kracie, Moist Diane (the name is kind of cringe in English but they make good stuff!) Shiseido Tsubaki, Tomanohada shampoo in a clear bottle is good too. Sorry for a long reply but I think it's better to have variety and most of these lines have different types for different needs like damage repair, smoothing or volume! I hope you can try some and find one that you like. Right now I'm using a Korean shampoo and conditioner Perfect Serum Mise En Scene red bottle which I also love but I really want the gold Lux treatment 😂 but I'm in Russia now... So not easy to get it here especially with sanctions 😭
I always used this and I recommend buying it! After putting it on and leave it on my hair for a while for about 10 mins and washing it, my hair gets really smooth and shiny!
you and your mum are so pretty! I love the connection between you two! Can you share how you got that thick hair? I have problems with my hair since it I always go to sports.
I have been using this mask for a few months now and I love it! My ends get dry super easily and this product has been a godsend. I only use it on my kid to ends as my hair is super fine and easily weighed down. I also use the hair oil by the same name
Do u also apply it this way? On the roots, and for ten minutes? Because if so, I guess I’ve been using it wrong. Oh, and will it make the roots get oily quicker when applied to them? Thank u very much
@@User-7413 you can - it probably depends on your hair needs. I personally don’t as my hair is very fine and easily weighed down so I avoid most heavy products on my roots and focus on my ends which are very prone to dryness and breakage
@@tanniesarmy1820 it really depends on the kind of silicone and your hair type! e.g. dimethicone is usually the type of silicone that people hate because it's harder to get rid off and creates the most build-up. It may works for some hair type like straight and thick hair. But amodimethicone is another kind that can create less build-up and is usually safe for textured and fine hair. Some types of silicones can actually beneficial for your hair.
@@KIKI-NJ well it CAN be bad only for some people with sensitive/ bad hair. My mom and I have been washing our hair with normal drugstore shampoo our whole life (sometimes dont even use conditioner) and still have finest silky shining asian hair. We dont even use this mask or any mask. We have never dyed or bleached our hair. Some people go through extreme procedures, going from white to black and think one product will be a life saver lol
Wow your mum is really beautiful. I have never seen a woman her age who is still so beautiful. She looks younger, more vital and more vibrant than most 25-30 year olds do.
@@N08R76Hu clearly dont have curly hair. Most products that work for fine and straight hair are very damaging to our curls and instantly you see it lose its texture.
@@N08R76H I just use shampoo most of the time no conditioners no masks, but I use henna paste once in a month that too with great difficulty. Maybe because of my laziness or god's grace, I have a beautiful hair and no it's not hereditary.
@@tubefae3924 Yes. Some more good tips are to try and squeeze as much water out of your hair as possible before conditioning or using your hair mask and to twirl all the strands of hair around your index finger while you’re waiting to meet the time recommendation.
@@GrammarPoliceOfficial Thanks for the tips! I’m not sure why conditioning after rinsing off a hair mask would improve the results, but I’m definitely going to give it a try and see. I also like rubbing sections of hair between my palms to work the conditioner in, that coats the strands better then just running fingers through your hair
i got this mask and it didn’t work like that at all. my Theorie conditioner gave me better results. I wonder if these women got the korean straight perm done to their hair because when i got the straight perm, it didn’t matter whoch shampoo/condition i used, my hair also looked shiny and smooth.
Thank you girls for the video also for providing the links of the products that you use and the great the tips 😀 the you are being using it for a long time thanks 🙂
