3m views, he's easily made that money back with this video and then some. It was just a content idea. Invest £11k of own money (+£3k from JJ) and make £100k+ from views on video. I don't doubt Simon is a genuine friend but money is no object when they can make it back, don't think the bigger the gift the better the person. The fact that Simon thought about how dirty KSI did Tobi and was willing to change that shows he has heart and is thoughtful, making the video is just all for show.

I think you guys are missing the point and just wanking off too the numbers. No one knows how much they make or RU-vidrs in general, these were just random sample numbers to give you an idea of what I am talking about. In plain English the cost of the gifts is negligible when they can make a return on their investment through the sentiments of the video. They know its gonna cop likes and views, even if it doesn't break even, at least it covers some of the cost. Now it doesn't take a genius to figure out the rest.
