As a teacher in the u.s if I had children I would also homeschooled to be honest. Great job you guys are great parents! Schools need to allow children to think for themselves instead of following instructions all the time. I hope when I have my own school I can find parents that share the same ideas as you. When I push children to think for themselves in U.S parents get upset sometimes. Education should be the ability to teach children to become creators and independent thinkers. Instead we create followers that need instructions to function at all times.

When u r explaining things how you have difficult times with schools and how Abhigya was reacting and responding. Now I understand my child why she is like that. As you said my daughter is very cleaver in all aspects and most of the times she can’t sit at one place and concentrate on one thing. What ever we give to her, she completes it as quickly as possible. The thing she want is to have her own time in doing some kind of researching. Thanks Super Mom..

I'm in Australia and was never interested in school here. I've honestly learned more out of school in my own studies than my many years in school. I respect your decision and can see the results of your teaching by how well developed your children are at such an early age. They are balanced , focused and super intelligent. AncestralGoddessWisdom I agree. I struggled with my boys in school with the same issues they got good grades but they were bored. They are all grown up now but looking back I wish I did what you are doing.
@Y K Yes Kids should mingle with their Age Group. That's missing in Home schooling. That social gathering experience is a must for Children. At later stage when they grow they will not be in a position to understand even simple behaviour, talks, movements of others in Society. I don't recommend Homeschooling. It's conservative. Education alone is not All.
Jon and Missy Butcher have also home schooled their childern and their main message was that the responsibility of a child's education is of the parents' and not the Government. It teaches us to behave like everyone else and not think differently.

When a mom is rebel and so concerned about how the studies are, and so aware... the child becomes child prodigy. Mom’s are best teachers. I m same like Abhigya, with the focus thing.
Thank you for this, it reminded me of when I was growing up. A teacher wanted to diagnose me with ADD because of boredom, my mother took me to a child psychologist and after various assessments it was established it was due to boredom and not being intrigued and stimulated by the teacher. I was lucky that my mother received support from the principal. You made the right decision 👏🏾

Actually Annie that's not always correct. On lord Krishna's blessing my older son attending a University School called Davidson Academy under UNR here is NV for profoundly gifted kids where they challenge their kids to think beyond normal curriculum. They allow young kids(age 12, 13, 14) finish math like Calculus and then attend University classes. World has the type of schools that fits the requirement of Abhigya type high IQ kids. You will be surprised to know kids from all over world come here to attend the school. I understand similar system is not available in India and all can't afford to move to US.

My son's are home schooled too from eight grade on for the same reason. Today they are doing good in their career and social life. May not be the mantra for every child, but it worked for us
After seen your post. I have lost of question in my mind. Your doing great things. 1. Are you sharing your knowledge alone? If the parents are not good in any subject how they can do home schooling? 2. Are they spend 24/7 time with you? How you can give that much of task to them? 3. Are you learning first and teaching them? 4.how did you teaching them during toddler days. 5. Your kids are not interested in toys or watching TV at least rarely? 6 . What about their friends?
Nirosha Kids have an innate desire to learn. They learn if you provide them with right tools. Yes, they spend all their time with parents but there is so much to do. You not only teach them syllabus but also essential life skills like cooking, housekeeping, cleaning, gardening. In addition to that, kids have hobbies. Origami, Legos, Painting, unorganized play there is so much to keep kids occupied. Yes, you teach them basic things like reading, writing and basic mathematics. If you wish you can purchase books suitable for their grades and teach them from there. A lot of learning happens spontaneously. They read about what they are interested in and then there are no limits to what they can learn on their own. Toddler days are best to instil discipline and to make them love learning. Teach when they are ready. Leave them in company of books. They pick up things. And dedicatedly spend about an hour each day, teaching them letters, Numbers, basic reading etc. And Yes, my son is very interested in playing. He plays wid toys and sometimes makes his own, using rocks, papers, wires, bottle caps. Anything that he sees, sparks his imagination. Let them be. And Television, if you don't watch TV, they don't care much about it. My son rarely asks to watch TV. He is 7. He has so much to do, TV is not on his mind. The first rule of homeschooling, acc to me is, don't tey to control their learning. Be their friend, they already have a teacher inside them. Guide them if u see them doing something that is not good for them to grow. And friends Oh Boy They have so many friends as age is no bar. My son's friends are toddlers to 65 years olds. He converses with them with so much ease and is kind in his interactions. Kids are everyone's friends. Also Socializing is being with people of your age and doing stuff they want to do. Socialization is having skills to interact with other humans. So yes, they have friends. Homeschooled kids are mature beyond their age, usually.
Thanks for sharing. Still one more question . Father will be main source of income , so he should work for 9hrs and + travel time. what about mother career? If they have passion or they may need at least 4hrs a day for their own passion. Or the home schooling kid's mother only behind the kids, they are their world?
@@niroshasubramanian1370 That's a very individual question. You are not behind kids all the time. Kids become independent. That's the whole point. They don't depend on you to take care of them every living moment. Also, rearing kids is a job that requires passion and a lot of effort. Also, your partner has to be supportive so that you could get time for yourself. It's a learning process for parents as well, they learn a lot about themselves in the process.

Really good tips for all parents even i suffered lot when i put my daughter in the school very popular school in Chennai they made me and my daughter cry so much always degrading but i totally supported her and challenged all the teachers that my daughter is going to shine, by gods grace she completed her studies.

@RS Nambiar It is part of the Vaishnava Vedic initiation process when the spiritual master (guru) within the trustworthy parampara gives a name to the disciple, he accepts that name, in relation to our western names, it is much more beneficial than we use names in Sanskrit since the Western names are not very related to Krishna and the goal is to achieve the absorption in the consciousness of Krishna and its eternal lilas, that is something simple that a guru should explain to you, don't you have a Guru? You should look for one, it would be very useful for your spiritual life, in the end, it is the only life worth living ...

dear black shadow, there have been so many negative remarks bcoz i did that, but there is a reason why i continue doing my chores and record these videos, it is bcoz, i have a set of schedule in place in my day to day life, if i get delayed even by say a hour or so, then there is a domino effect that will take place, dinner will be delayed, sleep delayed , then wake up time will be delayed bcoz i don't compromise on my kids' sleep schedule, even if my husband and me sleep late sometimes for uploading videos and downloading important info to pass on to our kids. this is also a part of homeschooling techniques :)

Yr child is a prodigy, thus do understand he is special and talented and do not fit into the normal school no faults of the normal teachers.But glad that you realize that and given him the space and support in home school. 🙏Lots of things happen for a reason.
