I do not think this testimony aligns with scripture - Gods work is never frustrating, his calling is irrevocable - we look at Jesus and not at the hierarchy and political manipulations - the harvest is plenty while workers are few.

Can't say anything about your resignation as a full-time, but yes, nowadays, our Christian community is very corrupt from the church level to the state level. All are just after power and position. And leaders are the most evil-minded, biased, favoritism, communal-minded people. If such people are in a position, then how can a church run in Godly ways? We need reformation in the church.
