Before you buy any of the costumes, I suggest you buy them over on tribble first. So many of them have clipping issues now. Including the latest starfleet armor and the one from Picard season 3. If you don't mind seeing fleshy bits of your character going in and out of the uniform, then by all means.
Agreed. The tailor issues have only grown worse over the years and I really wish the devs would actually take the time to fix it, but I guess ground cosmetics doesn't make enough money to invest the time to do the work.
I've noticed this as well. I've gotten lucky with some of the see-throughs though, On one of my boffs, her pants clip through her boots, making it look like she's got her boots unzipped in a cool way, but I've also seen some awful clips out there too.
The wrath of khan outfits in the lobi store as well as the phaser can be picked up as an account unlock if you buy the New Genesis bundle so please consider that before using lobi on it
If I may suggest, if you're looking for a pistol, one that I find is pretty good is this 23rd Century Fed pistol used in Wrath of Khan. Max that out, and it's a pretty decent, fun ground weapon that has a unique vaporization graphic that never gets old.
24:16 not much....felt a big "Meh" got me, and the silly 'lesson of the day' I hated (I already knew as a kid that drugs were BAD, that stealing was BAD, and to get regular exercise, etc), and wished the 2 minutes they wasted with it be used for more story. I often switched to something else to watch. I'm more into the Dreamworks "She-Ra and the Princesses of Power", the characters had unique looks and actual personalities.....the old Masters of the Universe folks looks mostly alike and had little to no personality, they were just....there, as in "Here, kids, here's some new toys to get for xmas!". 27:08 Or Samus Aran gun. 32:40 Shiitake mushrooms, with the mycelium tribble makes an even stronger one.
The best ground weapon is the Majalan Staff (of course) since Cryptic has it at a 200 lobi price. 🙂 Good suggestion on the Gambling Device. I always forget about that sucker.
for the Gambling Device: u can still give ur Boffs the IDIC tribble and and get that buff, AND if u have Tac, Engi and Sci boffs using it (which doubles all 3 diff buffs for everyone affected), u can have the Gambling buff aswell as the Double IDIC buffs for all 3 classes ^^
If anyone is considering a tank build, the Altimid console greatly increases accuracy. Which is the trait they nerfed into the ground on Fire At Will several years ago because Fire At Will (the main firing mode for most tanks) was thought to be too powerful.
I'm thinking of going for a plasma theme build this year with Gorn Hunter for console/trait, and Altamid items from lobi. If they ever introduced a Kelpian race into the Disco start as Cryptic mentioned as a possibility years ago I'd do a messed up Kelpian piloted Ba'ul antiproton build.
YES the Terran Emperor Sword absolutely looks like HeMans sword from the old cartoon series, was my first thought when i saw it, glad its not just me lol * *^^* * what is wild is that the Disco Auto Rifle (sorry dont rem the exact name right now, but theres only one anyways) isnt on this list, its without a daubt one of the strongest ground weapons. it shoots 1 bolt, then 2 and then 3, and they all do the listed dmg (so its 1x dmg, 2x dmg and then 3x dmg) so every 2nd and 3rd trigger pull is insanely strong ^^ another weapon that wasnt mentioned (but does realy well imo) is the MACO Pulse Rifle, it looks super cool and the secondary attack opens a scope ontop and gives high power sniper shot on (i think) 3 targets, maybe its even 4 or 5 * ^^ * but i like it alot regardless of 3 or 5 ^^ and i think one thats overlooked alot is the Type II Compression Phaser Pistol, its realy good and looks awesome imo ^^ and the Herald Staff, thats also pretty hard hitting tbh, there was a time every other player was running around with it lol
I'm planning on ships. The hur'q science vessel for my Carrier build, and the son's / Na'kuhl for the torp/tractor beam build I'm doing. Needing to still get the rapid emitters ship trait for that one. Also the ceaseless momentum trait.
On PC i will hit the last participation in two days eith the end if the current campaign. For the 500 lobi i got outfits and weapons for my toons, OC V'Ger and XBox V'ger now look almost identical. Mostly same gear on Xbox i bought the 2 piece Ba'ul with the console and the 360 arc beam becwuse my build already runs 4 Ba'ul. Pew pew all over the olace.
Emperor's Sword looks a lot like She-Ra's in the (excellent) reboot cartoon from a few years back. I recommend none of the Lobi items based on personal experience... I have never bought one. I only relatively recently got enough to actually buy from that store (from the event a few months back and this years campaign) and am waiting for a good sale.
