I recently acquired a Hamilton Khaki King watch as my 45 year service anniversary gift at New Holland Agriculture, only 20 minutes from Lancaster Pa, where Hamilton Watch was born.
Such a wonderful video showing the precision required to make a fine watch! It’s so amazing to me that such a high degree of precision was attainable so long ago!
My father received a 10 kt gold Hamilton Dodson wrist watch for his HS graduation in 1948. It is engraved on the case back with his initials and 1948. It is now mine, and I’ve just placed it with a watchmaker for a service.
