All essays need an intro and conclusion. There are definitely different ways to write them. You can take a look at the example conclusion in my video 7:54
It is possible to write in both first or third person. Which is better depends on the question prompt. For example, if the question asks you to describe something relating to yourself, it's better to write in the first person.
Hi there, 'window-shoppers' are people who walk around looking at shops from the outside (through the windows). They usually don't go in the store to buy things. Hope this helps :)
