I used to be a support worker, even though I loved my job I couldn't afford to live every month was a struggle. Eventually, I had to leave because wage was so low. Pay people who work in care more money.

They don't get paid a proper wage. "PAY CARERS A FAIR WAGE" it's voluntary :paid expenes: pay carers a wage to meet the needs of the job. (,NURSES GET PAID A FAIR WAHE) it's about time carers get paid a wage not voluntary expenses.
So many good carers? But no proper wages. They can't make a living, but they have to be 101 pet cent professional, but cannot afford to live on the money. We must pay carers a proper rate... after all nurses get paid... a wage they can live on Why are we paying carers peanuts?
We must pay and be fair..or this industry will collapse completely. And carers will cease to exist..because they will not be able to live on the money they are given to li e o . We must do what is right, and must recognise that people need a proper wage to be able to feed themselves and their family. Minimum wage is not enough! Zero hours is not an option for carers to live on. They need a proper wage and consistent wage and hours to SURVIVE!!
