What makes a sniper happy? Struggling sorcerers xDDD - Virulence Sniper | SWTOR PvP 7.3

Well, in swtor sorcerers are one of the biggest counters to snipers, in almost every era, simply because they only deal force aka yellow dmg, rangeds with quite much mobility, so they can los easily and have self heals. I would say for a sniper there are 3 huge counters PTs, Operatives(in7.0 lethality), Sorcerers. Since sorcerers(all 3 specs) rule pvp these days and we can easily say the most popular specs generally, while madness is straight OP as ****. So as a sniper its always happy to see struggling sorcerers, especially in arena where their strongpoints(2 combat rez, unlimited kiting\los, control, self heals, survivability) give them even more advantage than in warzones :D

Hello, for a long time ive been debating upon doing SWTOR and what classes to do etc. I've always been afraid of a steep learning curve, and going against players who've been playing for years, and are much older than me (I'm only 16). Not only have you inspired me to start playing SWTOR, but also start my first run through as a sniper (Imperial Agent). I very much hope to continue to see your sniping videos, since they are not only fun to watch but extremely educational. Thank you for being that final push for me. Cheers mate.

Hey! Its nice of You asking! Yeah i feel super duper good, luckily! I havent played swtor for such a long time, even tho few weeks ago i started the pvp season, so actually in these weeks i play sometimes, but only just to do the pvp season. Sadly pvp in SWTOR is in a very very bad shape and i dont really have that much fun, i kinda only play becaus i spent too much time in this game, which is a not a good thing. Also video editing and recording videos took too much of my time. Sad thing is, to get a good enjoyable match you need to play like 10 games, because almost every game is ruined by some stupid stuff, like 3v4 in arena. healer tank combo vs 4 dps in arena, full premade dps farmer meta premades, totally broken sorcerer spams and other serious balance issues, the skill level of the average players in the game is too low, the combat system is too simple, it feels like a demo version of old SWTOR, i mean cooldowns are nerfed in 7.0 and many abilities were removed, so combat is not fun and not skill based. i ve been struggling because of this in whole 7.0 cuz the combat just became boring as hell. So yeah there are many reasons pvp is shit, so im not having much fun and its hard to force myself to play, especially if i have other ton of fun games to play, for example i started playing DCS and spend most of my time there also i play COH3, it recived a huge patch and the game became much better and there are other col games out there im having fun with, so SWTOR is really side activity when i dont have anything better to do or only have time for few wzs. I hope You re doing good too! What are your thoughts about SWTOR generally and SWTOR pvp these days? Happy New Year!

@@faltun happy near years! i tried pvp after a long time and it wasn't the best (sabo gunslinger) and i don't know the new maps beyond hypergate and The matches felt one sided and that wasn't too fun. i'm honestly thinking of moving from swtor but at the same time idk. and the recent story update for swtor just wasn't the best to me.

Just make it yourself in the interface editor, then save it so u can use it on other characters too!

Gotta ask you how often do you deal with Toxicity in PVP? I find it funny, that the whole "goal" of the Revamp, was to encourage less toxicity, and instead, I have never seen a more toxic environment than SWTOR's PVP. I'll get people Talking smack, just cause they got a friend and killed me over and over in a WZ, Could care less, I offer them 1v1 legit duel, and they pussy out lmao. Just goes to show how far PVP has fallen. I mean Toxicity has always been a thing, but it was never this bad I'd say. Seriously, I played a lot of Battlefield and COD, back in the day, and there was some toxicity but everyone was pretty chill in the end, and even made some friends. SWTOR's PVP'ers are filled with manchildren who do nothing but get into arguments ingame lol. People said ranked was toxic, in all honesty from my time playing ranked in the off Season before it was canned, almost everyone was chill there and just wanted a good duel. Honestly though, I'm glad I'm unsubbing from SWTOR tho, the Game is just an over glorified daycare. The only content is to go on fleet and /e with strangers for hours, Run the same flashpoints at endgame, or deal with broken as hell PVP. I question how people are high on copium looking at the game in 7.0, compared to 6.0. I'd honestly rather revert back to 6.0, and have the ACTUAL good QOL stuff they implemented in 7.0 to carry over. 8.0 will honestly be the Dev's reverting everything, and saying look guys look at the old abilites you have back now, we fixed endgame, and people will clap and praise the devs for it.

I think you are asking the wrong person about dealing with Toxicity in PvP. From what I have seen in some of Faltun's videos they can be just as toxic. Calling people p*ssies and sh*t. Maybe ask someone else??
