Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor is only a couple days old but he’s unlike any royal before him. Archie is the first royal heir to be eligible for U.S. citizenship thanks to his mother Meghan. But that’s not where the differences end. Imtiaz Tyab reports from Windsor, England.

Good point about Diana. She was known as the people's princess and Harry has carried on in kind. His informal approach is reflected in Archie's name. Without a title to limit him, Archie will be able to truly choose his own destiny. Good for him!

@@msg4141 we think all of his name is very British and from his dad's side. Archie is a very uncommon name in the states. It's as rare as Harriette or Harold. It's not considered a cool or current name. Maybe in the 1940, people named their kid that, but not in 2020. Also, Harrison is from "Harry's son". Lastly, his surname is from his dad, too. Roflol. So, all of his name is from his dad's side.

Think of all that Meghan has experienced in the last year - a royal wedding, adjusting to royal life, a tour in the South Pacific while pregnant, publishing a charity cookbook, lots of meet and greets with the public, all the official duties and appearances, a move to a new home a few weeks ago and now she's a new mother. IN ONE YEAR. Wow. She's got, grit, strength, grace and class.

I totally agree!!! She accomplished all with grace and tenacity and sailed through the uglyness that is the tabloids and nasty racist people who are p Dr sistant in their negative comments and threats. The Duchess is amazing, truly one of a kind. She has survived with her dignity and grace. I love and respect her for all she has withstood this past year. May she and her wonderful little family be blessed with peace and joy and love.

Correction: Archie is _not_ "eligible for U.S. citizenship," he IS a U.S. citizen by birthright --- or "naturalization," as it is called. His mother is a U.S. citizen, and, so, therefore, is Harry. It's that simple. Note that Meghan never formally renounced her American citizenship.

Unfortunately, some in the Black community are not happy with the name. Archie is associated with a bigoted character named Archie Bunker. Having a mixed raced child myself, I am keenly aware that one doesn't give a child a name which people can make fun of. My husband named our son Ole and he is called Olè which is Spanish for hello. He's gotten in fights about it. Archie is also such a name. Took George’s nick name.😫. Poor lil George is going to be confused now. Baby is older then this folks. This one is silicone. Didn’t flinch or breathe. MM was covering up parts with her hand. When asked to see him. She wanted to shoot that journalist. Bump is too high. After birth it’s lowered. Props the entire time and all non Hollywood peeps and non theatre people are buying it hook line and sinker. Over ten million people saw her leave NYC without her bump on. Then it was scrapped off the Internet. Millions saw the tweet from the Queen they would use a surrogate. Once again scrapped off the Internet. Millions saw her photo with the belly collapsed in a photo op/ side ways angle!! People are being played. Wake up!! However, I hope Harry enjoys being a single father. MM is trying for Los Angeles. I have stated the same on many blogs that Archie is Meghan's first name turned around. Remember folks Meghan is very intelligent, I have heard her in an interview for Suits stating that her favorite subject is English. Thus they chose Harrison for son of Henry or Harry and Archie for Rachel. Little Archie becoming the son of Harry and Rachel. Take it from a Suits fan and a Rachel fan. Love it the genius in Meg. Archie is cute for a kid but a bit diminutive for n adult man. It doesn't go well with a royal title eiher, prince archie? master archie? just does not seem serious. Funny to call your kid after your cat or comics, but I guess she loves the name. Their focus on keeping many details private is like cold shoulder to the public. One can definitely see her strong influence on Harry in how everything is done. In a way one might feel shes taken him aay from the public, hence the hate. Shes sort of lie te stepmom that walks in and changes everything how you new it and liked it as a Brit.

that's a silicon baby doll, not a real baby and Meghan looks actually really pregnant now, not a post birth figure at all, it's a pregnant woman's body and body language... and no signatures on the birth announcement? there are at least four signatures on every single birth announcement from e.g. Katies children, Eugene's child birth announcement is signed as well - but not Meghan's!?? comoon... far too many strange stuff going on here, not even close to "privacy", it's all about secrecy trying too hard to cover too many secrets by calling it privacy...the truth will come out for sure what's it all about, it's just a question of time, just wait and see 👁👁

Meghan's bump is not a post birth bump, it's a real baby bump, and her figure is not a post birth figure - it's a pregnant woman body's figure, also how she walks
