I didn't really have tv like that to watch constantly growing up, but man I do remember some shows. Backyardigans was definitely my favorite, Team Umizoomi too. Thomas I wasn't really a fan of but when they went to CGI from stop motion I was genuinely pissed, same thing with Bob the builder. Why the fuck were they reanimated to look more "modern"? It takes away from the nostalgia and attachment we grew to these shows.

I know this is old but I have a funny story about Little Bill. I used to be a Boy Scout and we had a summer camp. I was in my archery class and we were talking about childhood shows and I mentioned little bill. I was the only black person in my class so they asked me what it was. The way I explained it by saying “It is the black version of Caillou”. They instantly understood 😂

The backyardigans names were Pablo the Penguin, Uniqua the…bug? (I think), Tasha the hippo, Tyrone the moose, and the more forgettable Austin the kangaroo (who basically was hardly ever there for some reason)

Does anyone still remember that one kids show that got taken off of Nick. Jr. It was called Yo Gabba Gabba. I was on that show 24/7 even after it stopped streaming on Nick Jr. And to this day, I go on Roku Channel to watch that same show with my baby sisters. I put it on, they shut up, and stare slackjawed at the screen
