What marvel rivals needs to improve if they want to kill overwatch 

This is really well put together, I used to play a lot of Overwatch 1 and early OW2. Really am hoping for this to be an alternative but within the same game category.

Can't stress enough how well you expressed your points and the amount of actual analysis you made for this game. The only objection is that you could show the examples you were talking about to have some visual support for the viewer. Besides that, by far the best impressions of MR I've seen

Namor also has a glide that works with his bubble that sends him into the air. You can also be healed in the bubble which matters.

seeing magik makes me want a melee DPS character in overwatch, like a sword or like a whip idk i just want something

Overwatch is more aim oriented I guess since it's a 1st person game. Rivals is in 3rd person and for a game in which you need to keep track of enemy and allies key abilities and Idk how I feel about that cause the character model takes a decent chunk of your screen

About the ice turrent it has a slight slow and does more damage

Tbh they should really just tone down how many structures are destructible, maybe the walls can be broken but the building frame or floors should be unbreakable so that there is still places to hide behind which can help buff some projectiles and also nerf hitscan. For melee once they fix hit boxes a lot of them are strong, black panther is a very strong character but his kit is a in and out damage dealer but relies on hitting marks to get out which when he misses he’s dead, so once hit boxes are solid black panther will be solid. I think most characters are actually in a good spot maybe some require nerfs and the team boosts need a re work as some are useless but I think all the game needs is time to figure out because hulk by himself might not be entirely strong but he’s a tank the point is to dive with the team not to solo a team.

Rivals has massive potential. I think it’s better in Alpha than OW was when it first came out. There needs to be adjustments but so far I am very pleased with it. Can’t wait for it on consoles

Why Mrivals need to kill Ov2 when Ov2 is dying

Marvel needs to do nothing, Overwatch is already dead. Once Rival releases, all the overwatch players will flood the game as well as new players that are into marvel.
