as a rogue main for many years, think its time for a change. The hero talents are so bland and so rng based(outlaw) doesn't excite me one bit. Switching to dk for a season to see how it feels.

Always Holy Pally for me. We get the most abuse from the nerf bats - but every time i venture to a new class somehow i still come back to Hpal.

When it comes to meta, for me, its always a case of if my class is in the meta, cool, if not, whatever so long as Im having fun or get to look good. I still like to see what is in style every now and then, but Im not going to play a class I hate just to do 3% more damage on a parse for content Im barely, if ever, gonna play.

I believe i'm set with my warband as far as classes go: - plate: blood/unholy DK (i'm considering pally though) - mail: ele/resto shaman (main) - leather - assassination rogue - cloth - warlock (mostly becouse of the raid set) I need to make up my mind what race-class combo i will go with.

Geared up a few melee alts to farm transmog bullion and found that my fury warrior was absolutely so much fun! I considered moving it up to my main melee. I’ve been main ret paly for my melee for years.

I was really leaning on frost or unholy DK. But now I see all this videos moving it down on recommendations.. now I’m unsure playing it over my Warrior or something else.

I have mained an Unholy DK since Wrath and that isn't going to change in the next expansion.

Ret Pally and both DK specs are going to be strong, but everyone is going to be playing them. So finding a raid spot is going to be hard. Meanwhile WW Monk and (believe it or not) Enhance Shammy are both looking quite good. Enhance is probably the dark horse at the start of TWW, but getting Feral Lunge baseline really helps you stick on targets now.

I’ll be sticking with Ret, I’ve had a lot of fun on beta - loving the changes / theme they’ve implemented. I’m not a hardcore raider or high key pusher so Ret is perfect.

Melee wise I’m leaning towards windwalker for the first time ever. But I got some strong contenders for ranged

Meta for mythic plus is and kinda always will be the same, mage, aug, and something to go with that comp, lock/shadow priest/ boomy, it will never change. The synergies are just too strong for melee to compete. Though a solid melee stack that synergies together Deffs have a place. Though ideally need to play in a group for this to work well and push decently high.

Im either playing surv or frost dk. i can't main a healer as I might be moving across the country soon so dont want to play a pivotal class during progression

I'll main hunter/survival spec for the 14th year in a row. Will alt a mage for the first time ever so I can still play some ranged. Very excited for this xpac!

If they don't change some of the dungeon mechanics, the correct answer is none of them. Sure would be nice if ranged got to be challenged for once.

I want ot play survival, but its hero talents are too passive, and feels like I will get bored on the long run :(

I'm the kind of player who dont play only one class. This Addon, Elemental Shaman, MM Hunter, Retri Paladin and Evoker. With everyone i do a 3k+ Rio in M+, get the Elite PVP Armor and with my Shaman i get the Gladiator achivement and mount every season.... So after that hard time i talk with my Group that i play only 1 or 2 classes next addon... But know.... Fire Mage Looks amazing. WW Monk was my main in Shadowlands and know looks so much fun. Hunter rework is godlike and Survival Hunter looks giga fun to, Elemental Shaman looks like again like season 2 in df a more skill specc that i love to... But dont forget the Devastation and Preservation Evoker... And the crazy comeback from the tripple S++++++ DMG Holy Paladin... What should i do guys and girls? WHAT????? I need Help........

If not for Momentum, I would main a DH ... just gonna play my Warrior.

I really am considering WW Monk. My only issue is that EVERY EXPAC it starts super strong and then quickly taking a nose dive due to not scaling well with gear... ANY indications that it'll be different this expac?

arms warrior is absolutely tragic. a spec with infinite potential design wise yet it's just boring 2 button spam in all content casino crits with no utility

I dont understand the hype about Meta class. I Play Shadow as a main since years and never had problems finding a group Even when Shadow was Not as Good as other classes. Why is it so hyped to Play a Meta ? When you suck you suck Even when you Play Meta. Learn your class and you will be fine

although i like your content, i have to disagree, why would we need to have any classes "moderately geared" to be ready to main a class/spec? every new expansion, and really all new content in general comes with new item levels. we need absolutely no old gear to be prepared for new content, period.
