I love the meals you make for your baby. It’s nice to see someone making nutritional foods. My family is vegan and for my children I use protein pasta. So if she doesn’t like meat you can use the protein pasta like the chick pea one you used. It’s a nice alternative. I personally never gave my children milk . She’s so cute saying “mama” .

Don't worry my daughter use to eat like Sofia when she was 1 up until she turned age 2. She started hating everything and wouldn't eat good. It's just a growth spurt they go through . She's eating better now she just turned 3 last month but we still struggle here and there

But you guys need to remember that babies/toddlers have a small stomach so it's ok if they eat good a day and the next they they don't. A family doctor once told a aunt that it's normal if they don't want to eat, to not push them cause they have small stomaches.

I feel like a bad mom, having to work 40+ hrs a week and not fully training my son to eat. He's almost 2 and it's a struggle getting him to eat. He's never called me mama.. but went straight to calling me mom.. it hurts so bad. But its never to late to teach them. This helps me alot. Thank you Liz. I appreciate your videos so much! 🌹

You should try black beans & see if baby pika eats it 😊 very good for iron… something I learned is be careful giving to much fruits to kids bc the sugar in it & if you want them to eat the food 1st sometimes giving them the food 1st then sweets after is good… I want to try the strawberry muffins from the other video 🤤
