Love your videos and recipes! So healthy, simple, and realistic for busy busy moms with little kiddos. I especially like the 1-hr meal prep sessions. When my kids are out of the house for a short stint, I like to challenge myself on how much I can prep for later! Really glad I found you :)
I need to do another 1 hour meal prep...you really can get so much done in a short amount of time! Thanks for your support and I'm so glad you're enjoying my content!
Even if you don't have kids or are already past the toddler phase, people of all ages will love these recipes! Be sure to Subscribe so you don't miss the next meal prep video ru-vid.com
I'm saving this one because I have many friends who ask me if it's hard for plant based parents to feed their children. I don't have kids so I'll share this video. 😁
Depends on how it’s used in the recipe! If it’s chocolate chips in a recipe you can just use another mix-in. Or if it’s cocoa powder, I’ve heard some people use carob powder.
I love all your recipes and what you serve your family. I need to write the recipes down because every time I go to make a meal, I’m stumped as to what to make! Love that this is so easy for you.
Just these days I thought I'll have to make the fudgsicles again. I have the same combination - first child eats about anything and the second one not so much. He doesn't even really like pasta. Yet. Though both agree that they don't like beans in any way. Luckily both like overnight oats. Also a big hit were the cauliflower wings. You just keep on trying :)
Yes, exactly! I continue to offer him foods that he hasn't liked in the past and usually he'll eventually try them. Now I need to make a batch of fudgsicles again too:)
Oh my goodness was that cute with your son reacting to the smoothie! Your kids are adorable Faith. Great ideas. I make My own muffins but need to incorporate more ideas.
My extremely picky 4yr old watched this video with me and for the past week it’s been smoothie city 😆 very successful way to get actual breakfast into him though. it’s mid winter here so had to stick up on frozen berries! came back to watch it again cos I think he’d go for the chocolate oatmeal. His very random favourite picky kid food is inari tofu pockets. He eats them either on their own (like he’s snacking on salami almost?) or sometimes if in the right mood with sushi rise inside as they are normally served!
@@TheConscientiousEater can also completely relate about the second child being picky! Oldest eats basically everything and will try everything. Second kid has to be carefully encouraged to even eat foods he has tried and liked before if they aren’t beige and if he thinks you are actively encouraging him it’s a flat out no 🤦🏼♀️ has been times he doesn’t even want to sit at the table with the food the rest of us are having 😬
@@TheConscientiousEater absolutely, I can see your dedication to your kids and the food you make. Doing a great job! Especially getting a kiddo to drink a green liquid.🤣
