I don't think Miedema will sign for Barça. Barça has already reached a deal with Ewa Pajor. It will be announced in june. The departure of Mariona will make Claudia Pina have a major roll in the team. Another brilliant player and much younger than Mariona.

Miedema already said that she’s not stepping down. The only thing missing for her is the Champions League, however, only few teams can give her that, Barça, Bayern, AS Roma and Lyon. Barça already signed Pajor that left Bayern and Lyon. I will even mentioned Chelsea. I can see Miedema going to Chelsea too

I personally can't see Miedema at Chelsea as they already have Ramirez, Kerr and Fishel. Lyon would be interesting but with Hegerberg staying, they also have two many forwards. Not sure on Roma. Can't see them challenging for UWCL and she wouldn't start over Giacinti, so I don't see where she fits. That's why I think a WSL move is most likely, even if it's a slight step down

@@TheWomensFootballChat Winning is not about starting one player over another. It's about squad depth. A winning teams have strong bench and healthy rotation. It's a long season and there is injury both long and short term injury. She will be welcome at Bayern, Lyon and AS Roma. These teams are guarantee to win the league but they all need that depth to challenge in Europe.

arsenal know her medical/mental struggles. I can't see city paying big money for 7 games per season. Can see united trying to get her.

@@TheWomensFootballChatIt's a progressing team with many young upcoming talented players who need a leading hand in the pitch. Their forwards miss a leading experienced forwardplayer like Miedema. Their 4-4-2 line-up would suit Miedema. Maybe they can use a 4-3-3 line-up too with Miedema.

She would be a perfect fit! Depends whether Man United can tempt her and whether she would want to join. It's strange they haven't been linked with her. I don't think United is a very appealing offer right now, especially with the rate they're losing key players!

Yeh that's something we forgot to speak about. I think the biggest issue is Mead staying at Arsenal so it's likely Miedema will stay in the WSL or at least Europe. So I wouldn't expect it but it's not out of the question

If they pay her a £million a season, I’m sure she’ll go…a million will keep her and Beth in luxury, no problem.
