I hate how differently I'm treated. I'm treated with more respect, and people are nicer to me now... why did my weight before keep you from being decent to me?
@Lannie74
@Lannie74 5 месяцев назад
I totally noticed that too and I haven’t had the surgery yet but I got really sick a couple of years ago and lost A LOT weight but have gained it all back and I definitely noticed a difference in how people treated me versus how they treat me now

I'm a week out from surgery and though physically I've been feeling great, mentally the liquid diet has been a challenge at times. So hearing about the non-scale victories ahead keeps me focused. Less sweating, more active social life, fitting in plane and theatre seats, shopping for clothes in stores instead of online. These are all things I look forward to!

These are some of the best things after surgery and they make all the discomfort worth it. I am almost a year post sleeve and am still surprised at how much my body is changing even though the weight loss is happening slower now than the initial weight loss. There are so many things I had forgotten that I knew how to do now that my body can do them again, and I count each as a win!

I just celebrated my two years anniversary since my gastric sleeve surgery and I wanted anyone who is out there thinking about this surgery with Dr. A. not to hesitate. Everything he mentioned in this video has been my guide to success following his instructions two years ago. I have had no complication, my confidence is over the top, I eat normal foods but keeps it to small portions and drink my water and exercise . I’m not a younger person but I feel like my life began two years ago. I just graduated and became a nurse after struggling for twenty years to achieve that goal. Weight loss surgery to me is not just having a thin beautiful body it’s living a fulfilling lifestyle. Thanks Dr.A.

This surgery is NOT easy way out, hardest thing I've done....waking up everyday and making good food choices. this surgery was the best decision I ever made for myself. My chronic bowel condition is gone due to my new healthy food & water choices. I have a long way to go still probably another 50 lbs but I already feel SO much better and health improving daily.

So wish u were my surgeon. You have provided me with so much information to succeed. You're very knowledgeable! I wasn't part of what I call a chop shop. I had medical complications bc of gene mutations and my doctor would listen to me. She just thought I was fat and complaining. She was a 1star and forced to retire due to law suits coming forward from other patients. I terminated her before that after I kept getting sick. I started following your channel and binge watching all your videos. I'm currently rematching them for a refresher as I just had my daughter 6 months ago and I'm not at a weight stall. I had low BP and low sugar problems during pregnancy. It changed my diet to keep my pregnancy viable. I'm now restarting and so thankful for your information. I helps patients like me that don't have a surgeon or program any longer. I went from 250 to 170. I'm now sitting at 192 post postpartum. Hoping to jump Start my weight loss again.

I'm 5 months out of gastric sleeve surgery and lost 56lb so far. My husband is happy for me as I can do more things and my favourite non scale victory was being able to walk upstairs without getting short of breath. Another one is getting a smaller work uniform. The best tool I have had done. Tried every diet going and didn't work for long. I eat the toddler ready meals (in the uk) and just add salt and pepper, they are easy to take to work or struggle to cook. I wish I could have done it earlier in life, it has changed my life so far for the good 😁
