!make sure hands and nails are clean ( Yest infections or no infection) after rising the (V&A) with cold wayer then pat the area dry with paper towel ... why because you can throw it away and your not keeping the bacteria around Using a towel will only irritate the area more or cause the( V&A) itch again!

In a very clean well rinsed the bathtub take a 10 to 15 minutes sits baths, opening your legs and letting that water in there. I got rid of my own with just water and upping my probiotics with some acidophilus. I have the ability to suck water in side and what is itchy is the discharge that is the yeast growth. When I would rinse my vagina out I would suck some in push it back out and the water would be cloudy and sometimes chunky where it came out. But even if you can’t do this a sits bath will eliminate your discomfort in that area just do not use any soaps in your bathwater or perfumes or oils. Just plain water. Your body will eventually balance out the yeast. I know they would not advise you to douche with plain water but in all honesty just muscles sucking in water and pushing it back out eliminated everything for me overnight practically
