great video! here is what I can say about chinese manufacturers without ever going to china myself: I know a Stewardess who visits eastern asia several times per week and does all her shopping there (brought me some headphones and food items one time). the thing she told me was (watch out: anecdotal evidence) that you can buy pretty much everything there on the streets. most stuff is made in china and sold there for dirt cheap. the technology INSIDE of a smasnug 4K OLED Smart TV might as well be the same as inside the official counterpart by samsung! but you can buy it for a quarter of the price because the logo is different. if you buy a samsung or apple product in the western world, most of the money goes to the company selling the product, the same guys who came up with the advertisement, logo and marketing. that's why stuff is expensive most of the time. only a very small percentage is manufacturing/shipping costs. the same applies to sneakers, 200 dollar shoes being made for less than 10. where do you think all the money goes? the stewardess told me that eastern asia and especially china is kinda like the wild west of off-brand consumer electronics. this is where all the fake gameboys were being sold that still said "Nintendo" without any typos on them. she told me she once bought iPods for every single family member there and the price was like 10% of the original full price here in apple stores, although I can't confirm it or have a look at the authenticity of said iPods. do with that information what you wish, I guess it would be interesting to go there in person and film a documentary about the place where most stuff is being made (in weird giant factories) and what the working conditions are like. I think there was a fun scene in 'You don't mess with the Zohan' about resellers in new york trying to sell these off brand products as the real deal. kudos to you and nice work, can't wait for new entertaining uploads 👍
