Hate to agree with Ozpin but, yeah I agree with Ozpin. Ruby is being an hypocrite. And while nobody else saying anything is understandable considering her status as the unofficial leader, the fact that most of them didn't even talk to her about it afterward is just enabling bad behavior/decisions. Still better than Qrow though. That guy basically justified Ruby's stupid choice. Really, it disappoints me that the only one with enough sense to question Ruby was Oscar. Especially considering how they reacted to Oz keeping things from them.
