I was so sad when the videos disappeared. I had started the training and then they were gone all of a sudden. I do admire how far you have come in such a short period of time. Great story.

I have to say something that maybe lots are not saying.....changing what you started and so abruptly was not cool. A lot of us aspiring lash artist were very appreciative to the free videos. Now asking for higher fees really is upsetting. I do understand time is money and well you do put time and effort into these videos. We should of at least have sent out an email to those of us which have started the series of videos and was ready to complete test for certification. I do have to say this course is still cheaper than others. Please let people know that in most states they do still need to have a license to legally practice these techniques.
Unfortunately there's no way for us to track who was in the process of working their way through the course when it was on RU-vid. As much as we wish we could have contacted each person individually, it wasn't possible. I apologize for those that were part way through the training videos... Although previously the training courses themselves were free, the necessary beginner kit and other supplies and fees for receiving your certificate brought the overall cost of training to a price greater than the current cost of the www.learneyelashes.com online training course. The new course, in addition to containing tons of updated training material (the previous course wasn't near as comprehensive) includes a larger beginner kit (3 times bigger than original) and includes the costs associated with receiving the certification diploma. I would be more than happy to work with anyone who was in the process of working their way through the previous RU-vid training series. Trust and integrity are extremely important when it comes to working with people because I am investing time and money in people - giving them opportunities, skills and new knowledge, picking the right people for the team is a lot of work, but I am learning to do it through the process.
I still wish I could have made it to the grand opening, but I'm thankful I was able to take some stress off you you by looking over the facebook group and answering as many questions as I possibly could at the time.

I agree with you. My only concern at that time was to produce the course that I was teaching people and it didn't matter who was going to deliver that message. I picked one person purely out of chance - I had other technicians that were very quiet and shy on camera and others that had less experience, and just picked a person who seemed to be more comfortable with it. Plus the girls were friends, so I paired them together so it was easier for them to work.

Wow inspiring and Congratulations on keeping everything together I am very sure it would not of been easy removing the video’s. Thank you so much for understanding! Yes, it has not been easy removing the videos because I invested a lot of time money and effort in producing them. People were trained, and paid to produce them. Equipment was bought, and money were spent on all the materials used in the videos. We had 1.5 years of content on this channel. But I am very grateful for the experience and the lessons I got from this.
