Hey guys, not here for drama Just thought I would drop in here and say Dev is a great guy and everything he said here is true. When we stopped filming I was in a weird mental place dealing with problems that come with success I wasn’t prepared for. Out of everything that has happened in this crazy industry the only thing I regret is how me and Dev ended. The little time I had to film for my own channel and distance slowly made it stop. I haven’t texted him back because I hate looking at the past times and that’s has nothing to do with dev it’s on me and for that I’m sorry.
Man, we normies tend to forget that our favorite public figures are, in fact, human as well. We wanna get all mad, take a hard line, and become all out for one side. Life gets messy for everyone, brother. I mean this with every piece of my heart. All you boys got me through some of the worst years of my relatively short time on this earth. I'm sure it can't be easy, but I hope you all ignore the hate. The internet is stupid, and folks need to leave folks alone. Much love to you both.
Norm. I owe you an apology. I'm sorry. I guess I forgot that you are in fact human and not a 13 ft 4 inch tall robot with livescope for a brain. Any crap I've talked about you was strictly that... crap. I wish you the best and hope that one day you can start doing your videos again. Hey man, wanted to chime in because I was mentioned 😂 Overall, I wish things could’ve also happened differently with me and norm too. But obviously I had the same issues as you. He grew fast and that’s his constant focus. I never wanted to be the coattail rider either like you’re saying, in fact I filmed for a year nearly with him without making content. He helped me out making some of my content, but things just started changing. Overall, I felt like him and I were decently close friends, we used to have a ton of fun playing CoD with Yakpak too. It was a fun time, but things eventually had to change for me to grow personally as well. I kinda got into a different type of fishing and I just had different priorities than him. You and I know, there’s been some tough things felt and said in all that. It’s been years, I’ve moved on from being sour about anything, but I definitely was sour about it at the time and I’ll admit that, felt like I got kinda left out to hang. But again, I’ve moved on because why would I care to hold on to that feeling. I’d wish him well, but I don’t think he needs well wishes, just safe wishes with his ideas😂

You hit the nail on the head though…mixing business with friendship, if not done properly, can lead to an end. We all hate to see it, but the common denominator in this hurts to hear. norm has been silent for 6 months. i hope he's doing ok. he posted on this video, looks like he has some big stuff to deal with. ayo was quiet but he was doing some bigger production things and a lot of behind the scenes work, and it seems he's getting back to a regular schedule
Life happens, and people/their situations change… hopefully all is well with y’all! One thing I’ve learned in my years on this rock is that true friends will always be that, even with some bumps in the road. I had a great time meeting and fishing with y’all (and catching my PB!) in Jacksonville. Y’all are all real dudes, great people, and I know that success is in your future!
One thing I’ve heard through all these videos is TJ is a hands down damn good dude. Loyalty is hard to come by these days. Only thing I have to say about norm is he didn’t have to do all his subs like that and just ghost them 🤷🏻♂️.

I just watched YakPak's video and he said they were in New Zealand, it seems like he has some great content coming maybe he's just filming a Netflix style series like Dev said in this video. Idk I'll be interested to see what he has coming.

Just got done watching the entire thing! Everyone has these fallouts with close friends in these types of situations. If you're lucky down the line things eventually fall back into place, but if not it just wasn't meant to be. Love the vids man and hope the vids keep pumping!!
Norm is single handedly the main reason i started a channel out of 100+ fishing channels it was his that made me say you know what i can do this too. Everybody's fishing channel's are so so so repetitive. "Look at me i caught a fish" and repeat over and over again. His channel produced creativity and made fishing funny, fun and entertaining. Everyone else just copied him which was funny and sometimes pretty good too and it's okay to do similar types of challenges I mean we got to keep fishing interesting and entertaining. The secondary reason besides being entertained is he low key dropped hints of what he was doing and how to fish and those tips stuck with me and i started to learn about bass fishing.
Man, I've fallen off keeping up with all of you guys over the past year and a half or so. It saddens me so much went down and didn't even realize it. You guys re-ignited my love for fishing years back, and I wish you all nothing but the best 🎣
I don’t understand how this whole year has started off like this. Does drama really sell? I stopped watching half way through because it seems like everyone is just throwing some type of shade in the beginning and then saying at the end it’s no hard feelings… I don’t really understand. Dev you make good content I enjoy watching. Some people get too large and forget what got them there. They will attach themselves to people till they get what they want and move on it’s a sad part of life with some people. I can 100% see you and yak are the only 100% real ones.
im obviously late to this party but its never really too late. Ive just been trying to dig up what I can about whats going on with norm and I obviously cant find much. Its almost July and not a video. Its unfortunate to hear about the end of the relationship, and youre right it's hard to mix business and friends. I can appreciate that people may be going through issues. Whats going to be disappointing is if he just pops back up expecting praise for his videos. Norm is leaving EVERYONE hanging. His pinned comment here is the only place ive seen him say anything. The dude clearly isnt loyal to his friends, and he not loyal to his fans. Its not hard for him to tell his fans hey im going through stuff give me time and ill be back. Radio silence isnt the play. Theres zero loyalty or respect there.
Crazy how the fishing RU-vid world just kind of took a sharp turn. Ayo dropped out of college and started out just a cameraman for Lojo, started his own channel. I remember when ayo had like 20 k subs and then out of nowhere blew up and got over 500k. I remember when norm had less than 100k now he about to get 1mil. I remember when Ayo, Norm, Yakpak, Dev, Trey, mason would film together. Now ayo and Norm left googan Cutout Lojo, cutout Dev. Yakpak sometimes films with ayo norm and Lojo but still is sad how everyone just kind of broke apart. Those were the best vids to watch when in everyone was in on it. I guess business doesn’t pair to well with friendship. Norm and ayo brought smalls and Davy gravy up, they pretty fun to watch. But Kind of sucks that norm just quit talking to u, he shouldn’t treat people like you like that

The fact that you posted a video still hyping them up shows how good of a guy you are so mad respect for you brother. And no mixing business with friendship usually never ends well because in the end when it comes down to it its either the money or the friendship and 9 times out of 10 they choose the money over their friends and you're really starting to see it in these RU-vid friendship groups, Googan specifically. Hate to see it but that's just reality.
Glad to see you back on. If it weren't for Norm, i wouldn't have come to know all of you youtubers including Googan. Its a real shame because viewers subcribe because of those relationships that you fellas have with each other. Fishing is one thing, but seeing that bond between friends speaks to the camaraderie we subscribers look for when asked to "smash that like button." Norm's got some reconciliation to do, regardless of where his channel goes. No matter the strategic plan, you don't "Norm" your friends.
I hope all this gets resolved soon I really miss the 1v1s and the challenge vids. I’m glad everyone is continuing to make content but I want the drama to end so we can have more bangers vids to watch.
I only know you because of Norm, but the only reason I watch Norm is because of his side kicks. He is a goof, and I'm sure nice and all....but I watched his stuff because both of you were a good team. I wish him all the luck and hope he comes back strong, but we also got you now! You're 100% right man, I don't want to bring any negative energy but norm is a snake, and ayo followed his lead and they both are snakes, I don't like unloyal and unconsisent people, stay real to yourself man. And not to mention how dirty they did lojo when he was going through a tough time knowing he's a vet with PTSD, norm and ayo are the low of the low, dirt.

I have seen tons of videos from ALL you guys going back years now. I would say that the reality of youtube, and the BUSINESS of trying to make money on youtube, can certainly end friendships. Like Cindi Lauper sings in a song... "money changes everything." And it really does; there is no way around it. People have bills and they have plans. They gotta PAY bills and they wanna MAKE their plans happen. I actually think that Ayo will end up having the biggest channel of all. For several reasons. He has good ideas about WHAT to film; he films in good quality with excellent pace; he can be quite FUNNY at times, and spontaneous; he also seems to grasp what is INTERESTING to film. But we shall see. I think Lojo feels betrayed by him, but Lojo needed to realize that Ayo was ALWAYS gonna make his own show. WhatEVER Lojo thought they had together was never gonna last for years because Ayo was learning everything he could, as FAST as he could, with the intention of rolling his own show, and he did exactly that.
They were about to "blow up" last summer.. Norm did Tj's podcast deal in early January talking about all these videos he had backlogged.. then went on to post stuff he'd already done a hundred times over and hasn't put out a video since September of last year. He did Lojo wrong. Period. Ayo has all the talent in the world.. but needs an editor that has the sack to tell him this is funny .. post it. He'd already be at a million subs if he had that.
Why would one of the best camera men and editors of youtube videos ever use a outside editor on his videos lol smh. Ayos editing is what helped lojo grow much bigger and his camera angles. Lojos videos have fallen off what they use to be because he don't have the ayo editing filming process. I mean Andrew is good but he's now ayo lol.
@@blind_eye_fishing His posting frequency. He's said numerous times he agonizes over "is this funny? Does it look good?" Etc... when more often than not the video is always good. He just needs a second set of eyes that can help with that burden. There is a reason he shot to 600k + subs and has kinda gone stagnant.
@@anthonym6160 everyone questions their own work and even themselves at times that doesn't mean he isn't a hundred times better at editing and shooting videos than most on RU-vid. His drop schedule is not only around a full time job but travels to make epic content. The videos he drops isn't a easy task to come up with nor make, shoot, edit ect. Ayo goes above and beyond others when doing content. He hasn't grown due to that drop schedule but each video is worth the wait imo. I'm sure his views have dropped due to upload schedule and RU-vid not pushing the videos that more frequent channels get but that's out of any creators hands. I know people that drop three times weekly with good content that don't get pushed by RU-vid very well. RU-vid can be a challenge to figure out and grow a channel on especially these days with the over saturation of content.
No offense to you personally Dev. But I just recently unsubscribed to Norm's RU-vid. I just feel as if he's not being consistent with his channel. So again, nothing personally against you Dev. I believe that your a very loyal and genuine friend ❤❤

I had the honor to talk to Zade for 2 hours and the conversations we had in that short time opened my mind I just wish I could hang around people like that. But for now it’s pretty much just myself grinding. The real thing is as small channels we hold no power but it can be earned
@loopent.6761 people say the copied their baits from six sense fishing, they use people them throw them away once there done with them. Personally I like their clothes and rods but not much of their baits. Also people just love to hate especially on googan sqd. Jealous of their success maybe?

His goofy character is great in small amounts. His river monster videos are so weird. The editing and music dont go with him personality. Watching him and Yak in a video together? Yawn and i'd rather watch flies fornicate. When constant youtubers take big breaks like this, its usually followed by an apology /im back video. Then another break. Then they are finally over it. GS gave him a schedule and a goal.

I watch ayo still but i think its facts that Norm and AYO used other creaters and then forgot about them once they got big. I like loyalty. They left boats in lojos lake. Based on Norms response maybe he has been in rehab or something. Karma will strike for how they ditched lojo

Norm seems to have a lot of issues that he needs to work out within himself. I think he just needs to move on from making youtube videos, and if u ask me, I really believe he is gonna take a dump on Yak next. Sorry to say that, but look at his trail he has left behind that he has taken a dump on. I use to be a fan of Norms but seeing videos of how he does people makes me not wanna support his channel anymore. 💯

I don’t think he did this to Lojo. Certainly seemed like him and Ayo left Googan without talking with him, and he got sour and trashed them in a video. After that, I don’t think Norm would want to film with him.

The only reason I even know of any of you guys is because of the man, the legend himself, Zac Catch-em ! Then I found kicking their Bass, TV and Norm, and to be honest, my favourite of all of them was always Lojo.. but you guys can learn from Zach everyone he’s put up in his channel has gone big and they’ve all steady friends including Mike, Paul Cuffaro etc.. he never had a problem because he was never jealous and wanted everything for himself. Karma will get those who have done you wrong. I started following you !
Well I don't wanna be any kind of outside looking in drama douche bagg because I don't know any of you AT ALL. But just from watching all of your guys channels I could spot right away that with Norm it seems kind the same thing with what happens with child stars. They start with what they have and then when success FINALLY kicks in they get over welmed, they're in public and getting noticed and taking pics with people and buying shit they always wanted and befor you know it a little bit of arrogance develops and because of being young still kind of a little rich kid attitude comes out. I don't think people who find success realize it until they're stuck in a flood and the bridges to dry land have all been burned. But all of you seem like really nice down to earth guys and sadly the viewing public seem to forget you are all real people with real problems. Sorry to Norm for putting my 2 sense in I'm a big fan of yours Dev and of Norms I hope all will work out for the best. Just remember reconnecting is only a text or a phone call away we are on this earth until the second we aren't and by that time it's too late and the I should've mid state stays with you forever, I'm just speaking from experiance. The craziest part of all this is hearing the part about norm would only kick it with ya to benefit himself. That right there says a lot about a person. I love both norm and lojos videos, they got me into fishing. But at the end of the day that’s a real fucking sellout move. I get the “bad head space” but literally being with someone chilling everyday for 2 years non stop then acting like he never existed and blaming your “headspace” while simultaneously pumping out tons of content laughing and having fun is some bullshit. If you could get out of your headspace to film you can get out of it to reply to a true friend who’s congratulating your accomplishments
