I wanted to thank you for all your interesting videos. I woke up Monday morning to find my room shut down and my funds put on hold. 3 years selling and 100% positive feedback. This was the only way I could help support my family because of medical issues. The reason they gave me was the b.s blanket statement of " trying to keep the eBay community safe". They want receipts for all my items, I go to garage sales and have no receipts. 3 years of hard work shot down for absolutely no reason! I am so depressed I don't even know how to begin to pull myself out of this funk.

There is an enzymatic cleaning product called Consume available on Amazon that works a treat on pet urine and odors. Spendy, but worth every penny.

Hiding listings is a practice Etsy has been doing for years and no one cared then so they probably won't care about Ebay now. Many folks over there basically just use the venue as their host and drive all their own traffic with social media.

Sounds like your having day similar to me. My sales in the past 34 days have been dismal despite me listing a crazy amount of valuable items, The items I listed didn't even get noticed on Ebay despite being popular and hard to find items. Also today my energy level was about 60% all day due to not sleeping as well as I wanted to. I couldn't find an item to ship out a $100 item .. but after a tearing apart my home and almost killing myself to do it ... I found it finally after having so much. Sourcing today wasn't so great today either. Sales on the end were about $20 today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I am very curious as to whether your new store will do better by being smaller and selling only clothing. I'm an everything seller like you and I don't want to start a new store but I'm am very curious as to whether a "new store" is favored. My store is almost 21 years old and I feel that perhaps having an old store that is an "everything store" hurts our sales. It's a good experiment, what you are doing.

James I know this sounds weird but I had a dog for 13.5 years and he had seizures. We found that giving him frozen peas while he was having the seizure would stop it in its tracks. He gobbled them up and cooled his brain. Our vet said I dont know how he lived this long but I think the frozen peas really helped. My husband came up with this idea. He was a great dog and eventually after doing this several times he no longer had seizures. It was very tramatic when he had them at first we did not know what they were. Would be worth a try to see if it helps. I do know their little heads get really hot while having a seizure. I love watching your videos and hearing what you have to say about Ebay. I always get a nugget or two of things to try. Thanks for doing them. June

James, I'm starting to think that what eBay is doing is asking us to list a lot of stuff knowing they don't have the ability to have all of them seen at once? So I think what they might be doing with high volume stores. Is cycling in those hidden items into visibility on the site may be changing? Certain ones out every day or hours with low interaction and keeping that 2000 items you can't see hidden cycling in and out Hence, why maybe you could search for something and not see it. And then they go back in search later with the same details later on the same day and see different items . Maybe that's why we have to tell people to go into our store and look through all our items. Maybe that is the only way that people can see everything but in a search. Maybe they can't not sure. Anyway, I'm thinking that's what they're doing is they don't have enough space to display cause That requires more servers, more money and they're about making money for shareholders.Not spending it on getting this website at optimal. Though not a good idea to hide some of your stuff. Maybe they have to do it because of the resellers on there who have millions of items, they would drown out sellers even as large as you. And this tiny is me at 250 so to make it fair. Maybe they just even the hiding for everyone, so they can't be accused of any. Thing with the larger stores of not being fair and hiding their stuff. Getting a lawsuit to lead us even if I would amongst everyone. To matter your size.

Reselling collectible? I guess it depends on what is considered collectible. So many have merch, of course. I know of the deathpile monster, the reseller duck, & the Enemen. I believe the Eneman is auctioned for charity? As well as the duck. Or at least some of the proceeds go to charity. However, I'm sure there's more people out there selling stuff.

Definitely controlled James. I sold something yesterday within mins of putting it up and I wasn't charged for promoted listing when I had it on. Also, I had some listings up at 5 % and they weren't showing in the search. I changed it to 10% and it's been hours since I sold similar and it's still on the first page. Maybe we can try to figure this out cause at this point I'm stumped. All the best brother. Love the content.

How can we have two ebay stores? I was told we cant , not from same household but many do, how is this done? Do your stores have to be on a different server?

You can have as many stores as you wish, my two sons have their own and now I have the two. I'm sure my wife has one also, but she does not sell on it. Just put in all the same information and do not list the same thing on two different stores (if the condition is the same)
