Rouge Beat Cop should have "You may not play illicit cards while this is in play". Lots of neat cards here.

For the Rogue Dynamite, I feel like, thematically, if the blast is scattering evidence, it should also be destroying some. Perhaps it should have: "Return up to 1 x [# of investigators] clues from the location to supply: Distribute that number of clues (among those remaining) from the location among connected locations, distributing them as evenly as possible." Or "You may distribute up to 1 x [# of investigators] clues from the chosen location to among connected locations, distributing them as evenly as possible. Return all remaining clues on the (initial) location to the supply."

Moonstone's reaction states: "After you discard Moonstone from your hand: Play it." From the reading of Knife's ability, it would still proc as it is entering the discard pile as the trigger. Beard's Knife is just a bit too good.

In its current state, I agree it might be a bit powerful at 2 cost. But each of the abilities on it I like for different survivors so I would want the ability to trigger when discarded from hand. I want it to have the first fight ability in a Yorick deck, and I want to deal 1 damage when I discard it in an Ashcan deck with Duke. The Fast part I could keep or lose for balance. I liked the suggestion in the video of making this verson a 3 cost and having a nonfast version at 1 cost that would tweek the 2nd ability to work when discarded. But still, just the fact that this is the card that has generated the most discussion. That is a winner for me.

Or a flavorful Rogue Beat Cop could be a corrupt cop that you pay off to deal damage to enemies.

I like Survivor Delve Too Deep as a griefing option. It'd be a shame if all of the non-survivors, who need XP, didn't get any.

The "Not In Play But Still Triggers" reaction ability you were looking for is on Cryptic Writings. So that version of Knife wouldn't need to be in play for the ability to work as it is written.

As a primarily Survivor player, I love that Knife! Ashcan and Yorick all day. Wendy and Patrice is fun. Thats a winner for me. 2nd place would have been the Dodge for me.

You don’t have to have 2 level 3 Knuckledusters if you are Leo or Zoe… or Lola(?). For Knife, I think the reaction on entering discard should have you shuffling it back into your deck. That way you get the additional damage if you need it, but you forgo recursion. Nvm, i think the reaction would never get used at that point and it would just be regular knife. Maybe for 1 fewer xp? My crown goes to Dodge. Simple, flavorful and best switch in identity from class to class.
