'Bog' and 'Loo' are both fairly common slang terms for toilet here in the UK, joining other classics such as 'Lav' (short for Lavatory), 'The John', 'The Jacks' (more common in Ireland but is used here occasionally), 'Cludgie' (mostly a Scottish thing), 'Crapper', 'Shitter', 'Netty' and 'Throne'. Water Closet (WC) is a somewhat archaic term, but is still used, usually abbreviated, especially in more formal settings, in a similar manner to how one may use the term 'Restroom', 'Powder room' or 'Bathroom', as historically the word toilet was considered crude or improper.
@@TheGamerLitten I've heard it used many times, by Brits and Americans, though I've always understood it to be an 'imported' Americanism. Usually it's used in context, like 'I'm gonna hit the can' or maybe 'I'm on the can' as opposed to referring to the toilet singularly as 'the can'/
