I've experienced a knife attack in Jerusalem and I can confirm that a loooot of running and close quartare skills are required to manage those places. Especially when you run with a full kit over the 2000 year old cobblestone.
Thank you, but you have to take into account that basically, all of us have PTSD. Not sure the pride part, is worth it. It has been 14 years since my discharge, that shit still haunts me.
@@Veluc1f3r I get it. Completely. (30 year vet) But every word I said is true. You live in reality. And if it wasn't for men and women just like you, your country would quickly cease to exist. My country used to have that strength and conviction, and pride. No more. People live in a fantasy world here. While a small number of men and women (just like you) pay the price for everyone's freedom. A freedom I don't believe this country deserves anymore. So again, I say I am very proud of all of you and the sacrifices you make. Past and present. I will pray for peace in your country, and pray for peace in your hearts. I know I am not alone in saying this! Time to live, Pavel. That's what you fought for. I wish you and family and friends the best New Year ever!
I am a loyal customer of Agilite and always impressed with their equipment. A lot of my brother warriors specifically use Agilite gear because it’s dependable, reliable and combat proven! ✌️😎🇺🇸
saludos de parte de este su servidor y admirador de las fuerzas de defensa de Israel, desde San José de Costa Rica, que Dios los bendiga y los guarde, amén.
"we keep it low tech here in the IDF" , lol this is a more High Tech vest than most western countries, and to say that israel is just about 70 years old.... Imagine their vests in 100 years from now.
@Cool_guy_24 Israel is here to stay, the King is coming to rule the world for 1,000 years from Jerusalem, haters like you will definitely not be around to see that day.
Every Jew from any country has the right of return to Israel, and many thousands of Jews do in fact go to live in Israel and join the IDF. Thousands of IDF soldiers past and present are from New Zealand, South Africa, Brazil, USA, England, Canada, Australia, India, Ukraine, Germany, Russia, France etc and a good number have served in their home countries military prior to joining the IDF. This is part of the reason the IDF is pound for pound the best fighting force in the world.
You guys are reading my mind with that permant strap to get a better stock weld. I was already looking at doing a YIB-YAB strap. I might wait for your solution.
i have 221b tactical level iii and fras from safelife... i got my gf a rig from spartan armor... most companies will let you pay over a four month period... you can prolly get into a decent rig for 550 plus bells and whistles. theres more copmanies... my only advise is get to one you want... dont settle or you will regret it. good luck
@@PotzyMccoy why? The US gives foreign aid to many countries. At least Israel can protect itself. All the other countries have/had american soldiers there. Plus Israel gives lots in return + made a deal only to buy weapons from the US . So I don't see any problem here
Three questions. Firstly do you as a reserves go through the same pipeline as a professional SF soldier? secondly do you get issued all this gear or you have to buy it yourself? And last question do your employers give you an extra leave to attend annual training? Thanks.
His accent sounds Canadian. Is he in CSOR or another Airborne reserve unit in canada? His experience and knowledge of his toolset seems impressive for a reservist.
Viva Israel y viva Agilite gear, muy buen equipo y sus artículos son lo mejor, paz a Israel y a los que aman a Israel y desean su paz, saludos desde Guatemala.
Their reserve is like an Onduty Operators already they already had their weapons and equipment on their possesion unlike in the other nations their reserves only gears up when there's a war but if their call of duty is not yet up then they're just like civilians and even when they've been called to report for duty they just wear their uniform
as a regular inf in the IDF (mechanized inf) in reserve I can tell you that we keep only uniform. but in time of war, you have a ready to go equipment they provide you depending your military id. its the same for most commando unit I know of/friend in. but dunno about the special unit. they might keep weapons but I doubt.
You can tell he doesn't use it much. No fraying around the shoulders from wearing a pack, no wear up front from going prone/crawling, those rubber bands would have to be replaced every time you use it, and the whole carrier is clean, no sweat stains inside and not a spec of dirt
So I've noticed a lot of Israeli plate carriers setups only have a TQ and a bandage. What's the reasoning for not having a full IFAK? Are any other items carried somewhere else?
Is it just me or the simple earth color uniforms always look best & practical than complex camo patterns for example UCP that look like your grandma couch.
Anyone knows wich knive that is at 2:39 on the left side on the plate carrier? It looks alot like a training knive I have but would asume this is a real knive(?)
why agilite donot show case these stuffs to indian army special forces. as indian para sf also uses israeli tavor and various technologies so why no these
This guy has to be an american, he must be one of the people that comes from other countries to join the idf cause he has to good of an accent and he said m.o.s like what we use in the u.s.
In Israel there are many "lonely soldiers", Jews that come from different countries solely to serve in the IDF,without their families. Many are American/Canadian so he probably is an American, or born in Israel to American-Israeli parents.
Personal preference are indeed key but damn that is a high and light vest, and in III+ ! My mensch be seriously braver than me, I ran the “Anxious Man’s Heavy Gear of Cumbersomeness” 😄 +3 against piercing attacks, it served me well in 2006… wait 15 years ago ? How ??
Only five? I saw thousands of Palestinians celebrating and handing out sweets. I'll let you into a secret... the reason those Israelis were dancing was because finally the Arabs had fckd with the USA rather than just Israel.
