I sprayed them, and the side of my house with a strong batch of simple green. it worked like a charm and within two days thousands of bugs were 100% gone.
What freaks me out is they crawl directly towards you and climb onto you. Most non biting insects steer clear of people. I flick them across the room and they will turn around and march right back to me. Ugh!
From time to time Mile Lacs gets mayflies....really thick for a few days. Some years ago....made the road..kinda slick. Especially around the street lights n gas stations..had to stop several times as the headlights were being less effective at night...and during the day..like a black ribbon above 169..millions of them. Cool!
I got a boxelder maple in my backyard. I fill a 2 gallon spray tank with a couple drops of dawn dish soap to spray them twice a day during the summer every single day. good times (sarcasm).
So yeah...right...I HATE these demons. Ok we have them INSIDE our home in the winter and of course outside in summer and we just moved here three yrs ago. I didn't have them in my previous state. Well I know I am not overly swamped with them, but for me, ONE is too dam many. I LOATHE them...I want them gone, dead and never back again. I use the dawn soap, water with a little peppermint oil added. Sure it kills them on contact, but more will eventually show up. We had THREE trees cut down and it was expensive to do so. AND we are still getting these bastards! Again, not as many as some I've seen online which makes me feel a bit better but they're getting in somehow. I sealed the holes around the pipes to the basement. WHERE the hell are they getting in? I see no more entryways unless our patio doors? I just cannot figure out HOW they are gaining entry and that is what is pissing me off!
Why are they nasty? did they harm you? But you harmed them, you go against nature in all it's ways. What your God going to save you, what god from what religion , religion was brought to every continent to control . Wait what, only usa God is right, ??? not the Idians, nor Asians only yours because you became programmed.
In the past 12 hrs I went back and forth btwn Charlotte and Minneapolis being shock’s number one Seattle came to mind a few times but not a good place for 50 yr old deadbeats
Spider web. Thinner then could be manufactured. Stronger then steel. Used for years in optics. Military telescopes and sniper rifles. In WWI Germans had a distinct advantage in optics...giving them a tremendous edge in naval battles. This carried over into WWII. Still world famous German Optics. Spider web...too!
They were going into the ventilation for the heater because it was cold out, and they died in it. There were so many dead beetles in there it blocked the ventilation, which caused it to explode. Not a big one, but still caused damage.
Another similar bug is the elm seed bug. Deal with them a lot in my home. They are a type of stink bug, so they stink when squished, or even mildly aggravated, which attract more bugs. They suck. But they sure are food for the daddy longlegs.
I loved them when i was a kid but now they are just annoying at this point. There’s literally so many of them at my house im going to call an exterminator
June Bugs! Seemingly common are in fact. Scarabs of old. Coming in a rainbow of metallic colors. My girlfriend hated them...get caught in her long hair. Kinda funny. They got no teeth. But there legs are clawed for gripping each other...they love hugging! Lovely little bugs..don’t mean no harm. Good fish bait..requires a small hook. But fish love them! Free! There long gone now...they lay eggs. You might dig them up from time to time. Big white grub...in your garden. For every acre of woods..probably a ton or two of bugs..worms..frogs n toads. That’s a lot of food. Yet...soon. All.....seemily gone! Void of life..but the cold snow...and wind. Yet..in the earth..trees. Life! Waiting. A miracle! To be sure.
Military’s have long been aware of the Indians use of spider webs in forecasting weather. As the humidity..and pressure in the atmosphere made the webs droop..or tighten. This was tactical..and strategicly important. Like the Japanese before Pearl Harbor or Dutch Harbor...Attack after a storm..even during.as it hides numbers.guards and patrols don’t respond as well due to weather conditions..grounding aircraft. All military’s have a weather specialist...often soaked in rain. Taking vital measurements. Tomorrow’s weather is still 50/50. We have to have hourly reports...and satilites can’t do that.for ground operations. Satilite can’t distinguish everything.
