I saw a documentary the other day that talked about being "thin on the outside, fat inside" (TOFI). I think the lower energy and testosterone is caused by bad diet.
Men who do not eat organic meat, dairy, are consuming female hormones and antibiotics, and that is a major issue when it comes to this subject. The same is true for women. They're consuming excess female hormones, which explains, among other things, very early onset puberty. Add to all of this all the junk in other food and our environment, and it's a wonder any of us are able to function.
Also we have been slathering our young children with sunscreen for over 30 years now. Many sunscreens have oxybenzone which can be absorbed through the skin like an estrogen cream

You may be interested to know that in Norway, many decades ago all sunscreens were removed from the market until this was corrected. I lived there for years, and can tell you Norway has very stringent requirements for numerous consumer goods. Another interesting thing to know is that at their pharmacies, everything is behind the counter.
Pesticides are estrogenic. Plastics are estrogenic. Soy is estrogenic (all restaurants fry everything in soy oil now, aka "vegetable" oil). DAIRY and DAIRY PRODUCTS are all estrogenic (unless raw organic farm-sourced) since corporate agro and factory farms pump the female cows full of female hormones (to produce more milk). Can and container linings with BPA and BPA-like compounds are estrogenic.
Absolutely agree to all comments on this thread. Estrogen pumped into everything, causing food to grow faster and young people to physically mature earlier than they should. Also serious weight gain in anyone consuming the food etc. There is a reason why men who consume too much Soy, which has heaps of estrogen, are called soy boys. It's because they have too much estrogen in their body. The other danger of having too much Estrogen is breast cancer. I had to go on medication to reduce Estrogen in my body as I had breast cancer, which was Estrogen fed. Organic us definitely the best way, grow your own if you can. Although in today's busy lives, who has the time. Funny how you rarely see fat rich people, mainly poor people, now I wonder why that is. I think I know..... 🤔
I’ll tell you what’s behind it. It’s called roundup ready and processed food. Eat organic, grow your own without the plant poisons, etc…just like they used to do. Bayer Ag./Monsantos need to go out of business.
1) As a farmer who has been exposed to more glyphosate than the average person would in 100 lifetimes and drink at least 1 diet coke a day, I am either an exception to the rule or your theory is crap. These things maybe causing other problems but from my experience low testosterone is not one of them. 2) Be careful what you wish for. In the 27 plus years I have been farming our production has more than quadrupled. In large part because of the chemicals we use (also our second costliest crop input.). Imagined your food cost quadrupling. Organic and regenerative farming are nice ideals, but with the present day technology adopting them worldwide, we would have to probably get rid of a 2 plus billion people. Of course you could eat bugs. I think I will take my chances with the system we have for now. Just some food for thought.
I'm 💯 percent too and every injury I have is service connected. Have you had a blood test, because to qualify for it your testosterone levels have to be at 264.

As a 44 year old man, I recommend 45-60 minutes of strenuous exercise a day. Eat a healthy diet of high protein, healthy fats, low carbs, and a gallon of water daily. Get good rest. The engine is still going strong. Keep up the fire 🔥 Megyn

I never heard this doctor mention it, but alot of sex therapist say that about the same time Ed started to spike so did porn addiction in men. I belive that's the biggest problem. They say when men or teens wacth so much of it that they get used to watching almost perfect bodies all the time that when they try with their wife or girlfriends that look more like a regular person then it starts to cause problems. We have to be very careful with the science here. Just because we have more data does not mean the levels of testosterone has changed more than our understanding of what normal is. For instance if I take two temperatures and average them and claim this is the temperature of the earth and then I add a third temperature reading and calculate the new average i get a new temperature for earth. But in reality the Earth's temperature did not change we just added data to get a better understanding of what a baseline looks like.

I haven't seen the study that Megan referred to about the pull-out method, but here's what I suspect is behind the disconnect: The study probably concerns specifically _successful_ pull-out attempts -- that is, cases in which the man does in fact pull out before ejaculating. If you limit the analysis to only those cases, it could in fact work pretty well. But it'll still be discouraged as a strategy because in practice it's pretty hard to reliably pull out in time. In a word: "oops". When you take that into account, the success rate of the overall strategy could easily drop way below other methods of contraception.

THEN if you just HAVE to fry, do not use 75% of the cooking oils and go light on the ones you use. THEN if you just HAVE to use spices go light and add just for souping it up. If you are choking others with your foods then you are unhealthy and your taste buds are fuc*ing fried. That anybody should have to do any of this is mind-boggling and it is no longer a choice for MILLIONS and MILLIONS. By no longer a choice--it is oppressive. If you were sick or engaged in activities that made you more unhealthy before, just wait and in short order you will see the harm being caused and how difficult it truly is. You will, however, benefit from extra activity as you double-up on certain things.

You are onto something there Megyn. I now a considerable amount on human biology and Yes the correlation between the Trans and low T is a real thing. Any regular doctor won't know this however, they are General Practitioners , you need a specialist in this particular field whose not a Woke Left to answer this question. If they're woke and left, you'll never get a true straight answer. I was born long ago, and am a normal straight ass Alpha with never a testosterone problem. I eat weakness for lunch, to this day. I can't see with my own eyes the massive increase in femininity in the Gen Z males. It's real and palpapal. I personally think a big contributing factor is the Iphones and Computers that have begun to gradually reduce parts of the brain from producing the necessary chemicals, hormones, enzymes, proteins, amino acids our minds need to run our bodies effectively. This decrease in even things like social activities, like the banned high school football and wrestling are all contributors in the lose of the Big T. And ultimately that is the fault at its core, of the Democrat, left, woke agenda to suppress the masculine male.
When my ex told me that she didn't like hairy men, I knew right then it was not going to end well. Gave it my best though, some things were just not meant to be. To me it feels like Testosterone is somehow connected to power/respect. The more men lose those two things the faster their T will go down. Don't shoot me, I am only guessing based on some observations. You know for a successful coupling men need to get hard and women need to get soft/relax, very hard to get hard when you are constantly being berated. Someone should do a research, even though T is going down all over the world I'd bet the situation is worse in developed countries.
