Honestly dude this videos are fun to watch the way you communicate with the people and the respect you show is beautiful , you are a fun person to be around I can feel the sincerity you have a good heart 🙌🧡
Another banger of a video like always! You make me soo excited for my move to Korea at the end of the year and I can't wait to get out there and just explore. Can't wait for the next one.
Your kindness to the hungry woman, and your lovely personality earned yourself a sub, like and a comment. Thank you for sharing this video! Greetings from Norway😊
As someone who loves Korean Culture. Food. K Pop. ASMR videos from SeoulWalker just walking around the city in the rain. Your videos give me a great insight into Korea mate
Loving your content, Dan. You make me wish I was able to learn different languages. The first time you just rattled off some Korean I was flabbergasted. Simply amazing.
While browsing Busan videos in anticipation of my upcoming trip, I stumbled across a heartwarming video of you buying the lady another order of candy. It was a simple act of kindness that made me smile and immediately hit that like and sub button. Thank you for sharing such a positive moment and brightening my day! I have to catch up on the rest of your videos!
Welcome to my hometown, mate! I went to middle school near Seomyeon in the early 80s! It was 호박엿 (pumpkin candy) you tried! I miss 부산 어묵 the original fish cakes. Cheers, lad🥂
I enjoyed your content from my son-in-law's country, England, very much. Thank you for getting rid of the prejudice I have in certain areas and getting rid of the prejudice against people.
drinking outside of the local convenience store is absolutely "fan-bloody-tastic"!!!! also...god bless you to introduce as many people as possible to makgeolli!! what a cool night for those folks!
I just recently came across your channel and really like your kind spirit, open heart, respectfulness, and especially appreciate the fun facts you sprinkle in throughout your videos. I've learned some really interesting info I never even knew about Korea and love how you educate as you go about your travels. You've earned yourself a new subscriber. May God bless you and continue to watch over you throughout your travels.
Went to korea in may, Pusan was my favorite! Perfect combination of culture, city and landscape. A bit less convinient if you dont know hangeul and want to eat in local restaurent, but it had some spice to the journey !🎉
from experience the Koreans are really hospitable, but its amusing to see you be the Korean to the Koreans themselves! earned a sub mate, keep up the kind work!
This video was really fun! I always enjoy when you make new Korean friends and you experience the culture together around town. The attempts at interaction in Hangul and shared stumbling in communication is very relatable. Perhaps it's because I'm in a similar living situation as an expat here. But I think it extends to those who don't live in Korea as well. The conversations and shared activities around town make you really likeable and shows off the country and its people for what they truly are. Also, the haraboji's hat was S+ tier: Dangerous boy & girl Fucking friends ❤❤❤
Beautiful blue sky, Great food, New friends, and a positive Tarot report……. Doesn’t get much better than that….. It’s just remarkable how you attract so many cool people….. You seem very much at home there…. Thanks for sharing….☮️
Your japan and korean video's are my favourite there's just something about them l really love been here since u started keep the fantastic work up dan and never give up
Korea in two weeks baby.. Twelve visit (family live there) but still learning new places thanks to you Dan. Thanks for your input and a great channel. Love the man with the scissors at 11:40, they were so popular but not see one for years! Well done for not having a drink, a difficult country not to enjoy it due to the options available, so bigup for abstaining. Godspeed .
Good video Dan, your view counts are going up! You will have a massive inflow of subscribers soon! Don’t be afraid to use click baity titles because someone gets salty!
Bro, your videos are epic. Your videos, especially the Korean episodes are amazing with more details then most of other Koreans can ever detail it. Hence what the fortune teller/tarot card reader was foretelling will come in fruition. Also my advice, get a certificate in korean language (even though you are already good enough for basic communications). So you can travel the world for both the international and the Korean speaking viewers. You'll become a superstar (at least for the Koreans)! Thank you for loving our country so much and I'm sure all Koreans watching will love you back twice.
You did a brilliant job. Most tourists tend to focus on Seoul but diffrent aspects of Korean attractions except for the capital city give other tourists diverse information.
My dad's side is from Busan and my mom's side from Seoul. Ive never been to Busan, but I've been to Seoul a few times as a child and once as an adult back in 2009. It was nice seeing what Busan is like through your video. Busan looks really nice. I'd love to visit, but everyone in my family lives in Seoul now. I might have to just go one of these days, regardless. Everyone on my dad's side had the 사투리 accent, except my dad who switched it up to the "Seoul accent" after he met my mom. But whenever he'd see his mother (my grandma), he'd switch back up to 사투리. Funny stuff.
I've been following your travel videos from Korea since last year. The scene where you talk to a Korean guy from South Africa is impressive, it's like watching an unscripted documentary. Also, the weather in Busan is extremely hot these days. Be careful taking video in the heat.
Loving the content, i am starting my vlog journey in seoul 5th Sept, ill be going to an esports event at the Kyung Hee University Grand Peace Palace, if you have an suggestions for my vlog while in seoul let me know :-) Planning on visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace War Memorial of Korea N Seoul Tower
You know what you would be good at Dan Lad, buying goods in a country then selling them in another county ie buy coffee in kenya then sell in south africa, you communication skills are golden.
When I visited Korea, I tried macgeoli, had it in a restaurant served in a metal bowl. Honestly, agree with the girl thought it was horrible and wondered why people like it 😅
Dam bro thank you and thanks for subs!I’m learning Korean for 7 month and I already pass 2 level but I can’t understand shit when they talk it’s like I’m listening some Samsung add on 2x. I’ll try to listen Korean speech from your videos, btw any tips to recombines their speech better ?
Was the lady who asked for the corn flakes thing homeless ... either way bro you are a legend for going out of your way to give her yours and buy another for her ..... 💯 👌 😉
You speak Korean really well. Language is my weak point as is the case for many people. It almost unbelievable how many people I'm seeing coming to America without knowing a single English word nor inclination to learn. Korea is the kind of country where one must learn Korean and America is where you need to learn English and some Spanish. You guys from over in Europe tend to be a better study growing up with 4 to 6 languages fluently learned with a broader worldview. The South Koreans are the most diligent hard workers dying to study and work for their society is ultra competitive with complexly nuanced passive aggression. I like South Korea very much, but had to stop doing the ESL jobs for it's fraught with so many problems from being accused of using school phones to call Los Angeles to extreme toxic work relationship fueled with xenophobic hate requiring actually leaving on very short notice deciding to never do it again. One needs money to just be independent and free from needing employment or any sort of dependency on other people. It's a wonderful country from a tourist perspective though for the hiking, food, services, and public transit are top notch. I guess if I were over there today, I'd just use AI translation and other phone aps like Google Lens where just take a picture of anything or talk to it to get real time verbal translation. Language learning is definitely a dying art for the AI systems are coming online. Maekelli is their best alcohol for they don't use chemicals to accelerate the fermentation as is the case with lots of low quality kimchee, beer, and soju made to cheaply fuel the workoholic employees.
