Ghormeh Sabzi - a green a flavorful stew with kidney beans and a true staple in the Persian Cuisine. Typically it is made with beef but overtime people have made modifications based on their own diets. I make this Vegan style as well but one of my kids favorite dishes is Ghormeh Sabzi with Chicken.
