getting to ridiculous heights right now. Everything points to crash around summer.. Also seeing that the police is checking condos more regularly for leases under 30 days. At least in Huai kwhang

If china continues to fall apart, you won't need to worry about elevated prices. There are many adverse events taking place around the world to affect pricing. The Philippines has already started dropping.
