thanks for providing good info on whats going on, funny to see people griping about the growth in the comments of your video 😂, its not like your the one doing it, your just letting us know what is going on.
Haha ya i hear you. Growth is always going to be a polarizing topic so it just comes with territory. As someone that was born n raised here, I love a lot of what comes with the growth. It's fun to see
Great update. I agree with others - don’t need another car wash but it is what it is. They are all over in Utah now including northern Utah. Crazy to see more hotels going up. The new exit will be nice to have.
I’m like how they are putting yet another housing development right where very popular outdoor recreation area is. That area is very popular with hikers and mountain biking. If you don’t want to California your Utah try to avoid the mistakes that California made. Otherwise you better celebrate it.
@@livinginstgeorge I don't think they'd be building them if they weren't being bought lol. I think the people complaining are the people who have lived here their whole lives and don't understand what other markets are like in the country. All things considered, this area is still far more affordable and desirable than many other areas
@@dustybateman5376 After the 2008 housing crash, St George was slow to act in anticipation for our growth, driving up the cost for existing homes. The new homes will hopefully slow down the inflation, plus allow those living in condo's ect .. to move into new homes and allow for an increase in more affordable housing.
If I had a nickel for every time you announce a new car wash I’d be a rich man. Please. Southern Utah. I beg you. Consider understanding that there is more to this world than car washes and sodas. Please. It is getting embarrassing. The commercial landscape is tragically monotonous and boring.
@@macraeheppler Odd that so many were against this. They think developers should pay for all the new parks, yet they are also against developers developing.
