What's Hiding in the Oldest Muay Thai Boran Book? 

Is this style similar to Lethwei?

@@johnnymism i think the only real difference between the 2, is that lethwei can use head butts - but that's only in the ring

@@johnnymism This book was written in 1923, in Muay all throws were allowed, they used headbutts, and overall the strategies and way of fighting were different. Lethwei is the sports version of ancient Burmese martial arts, like Muay Thai is the sports version of Muay Thai Boran, you can't compare the two because they are different things; like Old Western Boxing and Modern Boxing, same roots but very different rules etc.
