You could try sudafed it is good for headaches. Also you can't take an excedrine on an empty stomach try taking it with a coke or carbonated drink to help your stomach

I get migraines too!! Nothing over the counter really works for me. I have a prescription migraine medication that I use, it's the only thing that works.
