Awww that is really good to see how you traveled and how prepared you were in every aspect of your travels. Truly inspiring and hope in Australia it was memorable for you 🙂
Sometimes I try so hard to convince myself to go to buy some food from 50m away store in order to not get die of hunger. I'm a boy and there is this girl. She is amazing.
Fascinating insight into your kit after so much time touring. Every item has its place with such travels and everything has its reason for being there, or still being there. And any month can have such changing climate and weather needs. Very interesting to see your items compared to my past big trips. Great preparedness!
OMG .....I am departuring around the World in one month....cant believe all the things you take with you.....Iam going to have a bike trailer! I want to free my bike from sufering heavy stuff....also bringing my dog and cat😊🐕🐈
Hey! This is Valentin and Sam from Sweden planning a similar journey starting next year. How is ur adventure going? :-) Can we find u on social media? Good luck! :-)
Awesome video. It was really cool to see what you carry! I am dreaming of doing this myself so it was fun to see what was important to you and think about if it would be important to me too. Hope you are doing awesome these days!
Loved it sister. I have recently cycled 2200 km from Chennai to Delhi in India. Next I wanna attempt Chennai, India to Western Europe. I have started researching for this trip and saving money for the same. Your videos are continuously inspiring. Thank you for sharing these information. Stay blessed.
Congratulations!! :) I hope you can make your dream real!! I am really happy that I can share my video with you!! We always inspire each other because we share :) Cheers!
@@universewithme Yeah it's rare to find cheap and good quality cycling equipment since so many see it as elite sport. But those green tire levers are perfect haha
I enjoyed watching your video. I am planning my first bicycle tour on my new Yuba Sweet Curry eBike. I cannot pedal much anymore because I have bad knees and feet. But I can still travel long distance on a bicycle (I can still pedal my eBike, but not too much). Happy Trails …..
I have the same problem (knees only) . When I am walking I am an old man of 68 with a stick. But when I get on my bike :) the years disappear and I can fly like a young guy. It's a miracle transformation everytime I ride and I ride everyday.
Regarding your electronics. You could reduce that by having the same battery pack for charging USB devices, your cameras, and lights. I've got a kind of centralised unit like that, which I keep on my bike. Also with a dynamo.
I'm planning to do a Bikepacking and you're my inspiration you inspired me but I'm not like you cause you're genius and I'm noob I have no talent editing videos. I just wanted to experience what you experienced but not the same just Bikepacking trip I just don't want to go home if I can I want to explore here in the Philippines.
this video is what I'm looking for how you manage to pack your things on your bag... and what's inside. always be safe. new subs. from the Philippines.
Love watching your videos, have you been to North America yet,you need to cycle the hwy from Vancouver to Squamish bc n on to whistler it’s well worth it n there’s no tunnels, keep safe out there and happy new year 🎉
Ha ha. The bags I am using now are made in Vietnam! You could probably order some thru Ali Baba. But if you have been working well with your bags why not use what works for you. Maybe you only need dry bags for camera, laptop, and maybe hard drive. I have Trangia alcohol stove, folding wood stove that I can use as Trangia stove holder. I also have small foldable stove with hose to fit either propane or butane bottles. It can set on the ground or up on table. I bought a cheap pan set on Amazon for $21.00 2 pots with small lids for tops or cup. Also folding cup. Also small light frying pan. My chain lube looks just like yours! Same brand maybe! Well must test and see if I am carrying too much and test tent for leaks. It is Chinese made but has good reputation. Also small ground cloth. Just have more than I need I think! Have to eliminate some things. Good luck when you leave Thailand. Be sure to drink some good beer and tell us which one you like best! Eat some good food too!
Wonderful Video and courageous cycling through so many countries. Thank you for sharing your experience. Ortlieb make a wonderful pannier and the go pro chest mount is, you are right the best for stability. Thanks
Yeah... It was very difficult to cycle for a few months... I think some spring part was broken.. now I am using some shifter which is for 5?6? gear so I must buy new one. :)
It depends on the area. Sometimes a few months because of many hills. Sometimes six month? I saw some people using one year. Also it depends how often you hold brake. I made the mistake three times that I didn't change brake pad at right time, so I broke rim.... Very shame .. haha.... Casseette, Chain, Bottom Bracket.. maybe every 12,000 km?? One time I used more than 20,000 km... lol. ..But usually it is better when you change a bit often like every 7,000 km?
That is quite the set up you have. The longest bike ride I have ever completed was the week long bike ride across Iowa called RAGBRAI and I pulled a trailer. Mostly because I ride a two wheel recumbent. Have you ever thought about using a small trailer like the B.O.B.? At least to carry your camping gear? Also I hope you wear a helmet. Stay safe and keep on peddling.
You *are* the new Doctor Who and your bike is of course the Tardis! How else could you get all that gear on a bike? Good luck and safe travelling wherever you roam!
An awesome and a bit funny 'gear/what's in my bags review'! quite a lot of stuff to climb with up mountains but it worked for you. You're a bit of a 'pack rat' holding onto things many would normally throw away (or mail home!) but as I said, it worked for you! Great Video! and great ride. Congrats! ... a printer?? lol!
