Love this series. I'm so nosy, I love seeing what everyone else has in their trunks/totes. ;-) I did have a pretty good laugh though about the "bond you from with your horse while grooming" I'm afraid both of my mares (mother and daughter) view grooming as the most annoying thing humans have EVER created. I just got this image of me brushing them, while they make faces, squirm and swish their tails, all while I'm telling them (through my OWN clenched teeth) "We are BONDING right now D***IT, BONDING. Now you STAND STILL AND LIKE IT!!!" meanwhile, the geldings are all like: "Me! Me! Pick ME next!!!" ROFL!!! Mares....
Haha! My leased gelding loves grooming, but the pony I used to ride hated it! She would stamp at my feet and try to bolt. Mares are crazy! Gotta love em though.
I love this lady you can tell she loves her horse so much and it's so nice to see that she takes care of him so well! Not many people wipe their bits down but she does and I love that!!

I love MTG also for the same exact reason! When I boarded my horses. My 3 yr old loved to stick his head through the fence to eat grass on the other side and he made a mohawk right in the middle of his neck. So I used mtg to grow his mohawk out. Works so well!

Hi Drachen Einhorn - thanks for your question. Unfortunately, Charlie was diagnosed with Navicular Disease, a progressive degeneration of the navicular bone, at age 8, and though we’ve done a lot to keep him rideable, his comfort and happiness is most important to me so I made the decision to retire him right before we made this video. He is happily enjoying being admired for his handsomeness, and we do lots of stuff together on the ground to keep his young brain just as happy and healthy. - SmartPaker Sara

My horse always is rubbing at the feathers on this hooves and the hair has rubbed out a bunch. I hope to grow the patch of hair back because my horses hair is so gorgeous and I need something. My horse also always has chipped hooves after coming in from the pastures. Recommend anything for these problems? I would love your feedback on this.

Kathryn Michon Hi Kathryn - Finding the right tall boots can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re new to the discipline! They will fit pretty different than a Western style boot, but we can definitely help get you started. The idea will be to choose a boot that feels comfortable in the foot, and fits fairly snug and tall upon first putting them on, as they will break in and soften up with use. This softening of the leather leads a boot to drop a bit in height, so having a little extra height behind your knee can help accommodate for that drop.
