Time to find out whats in my hospital bag for baby girl!
Packing a hospital bag for labor and delivery especially during covid-19 can be intimidating but I think I've narrowed down the labor essentials and delivery essentials. Please feel free to comment any suggestions you may have on what I should add or leave out. I've watched so many hospital bag for 2020 videos that something could have easily been overlooked or missed. I hope you enjoy this video and congratulations if you're pregnant!

Oh and I highly recommend shower flip flops! Those floors are gross. My feet never touched any of the floors. I always had on either shoes or socks. They will give you the hospital nonslip socks also. They will give you nipple cream so I suggest taking as much as they will give you and leaving yours for home use only.

Our hospital had their own swaddle bags as well as the white onesies, but theirs don’t have the hand covering parts. They also give you the pink/blue hospital hat and burp cloths. I don’t remember them giving us socks, but we did the zipper pjs with feet because it was just easier than having to mess with socks that could end up in the yucky diapers she will have. Just a few thoughts! Good luck girlie!! You’re going to do great!!

My sister is a labor and delivery tech and just called to let me know I won’t have to worry about burping cloths, nipple shields and the ball too! I loveeee that your hospital had swaddle bags!!! 😫 i’m glad you commented girl, thank you!

Love love love this video momma!! I love looking at all your things lol 😭🤍 just be careful with the nipple shields, you don’t want the baby to get used to the shield and not your nipple and that makes it harder for baby to want to latch naturally 💕 loveee youuu

Niyah Simone you’re so cute! it’s for cleaning and comfort, so it’s used on the toilet for our area! the brand I bought is frida mom and their slogan for it is “bidet for vajay” the hospitals provide one but you have to basically put your hand in the toilet to get to your area. this design makes that process so much easier!

Hello! I’m 29 weeks and I would like to know where did you get those cute “after birth” underwear? I think you called them pens. I’m gonna buy some regular black underwear and pads but those seems so much easier to catch the blood.
