That MM can get SO heavy when travelling. I actually tore both my flexor and extensor tendons in my arm from carrying my neverfull MM over my arm (just below my elbow) around the airport. By the time I got to my destination, I couldn't use my arm, couldn't lift a glass to my mouth for example, was in agony but the arm wouldn't actually work. Took over a year of physio and is now manageable but need surgery to repair. All from my heavy neverfull 😳. Needless to say, it's still my favourite bag in all prints 😂
Secretly Sim oh no!! That is terrible! So glad you recovered in the end! May be no GM for me then, GM would be so much heavier!! Thanks for watching and for your advice hun❤️ xx
Right. I will carry my small rolling luggage rack for when walking in airports. I was wondering how heavy it gets. I am 5 ft 2 and under 95 lbs so if I end up loading a lot of stuff in my Neverfull, MM. Its going on a luggage roller. Lol
I use backpacks all the time for this reason. I also hurt myself traveling with a duffle bag that hung crossbody. My shoulder and back really hurt after. These bags hold too much and are thus too heavy to carry for an extended time. 10-20 minutes max. On top of a spinner carry-on or in a backpack is the best method for airport trips.
Great video! I’m contemplating the neverfull MM or Neonoe as a new work bag so your videos have been so helpful in seeing what fits in both and how they can be used. Look forward to more videos!
I love your bag. I ordered Neverfull MM today, it’s a limited edition design Karakoram Motif in 2018 which it’s quite expensive for a handbag that is not fully leather (1,490€). I love it so much even though my pocket bleeds 😅
Hey gorgeous! I'm currently on banned island hahaha because I bought this bag! So expensive but extremely worth it! I've been using mine so far just around town..but I can't wait to travel with it one day! SO exciting (: It was actually my first LV purchase as well. Loved what you carried! I hope you had fun on your trip, it definitely makes it better when you have all your essentials with you (:
I’m on a ban right now too. Went unexpectedly crazy inside Karen Millen a week ago (aren’t they the best shopping experiences when they’re not planned?!). Will have to divert money from my bag fund savings for the clothes I bought 😬 I’ve also gone a bit crazy buying little gifts for others which has been super fun and satisfying, but I need to stop for a while!! 🤣
Great WIMB video. Just like you, I love this bag and I never get enough seeing all the goodies found in other's bags.😝 Isabelle, you make everything look and sound so good I'm loving my NEVERFULL too but haven't used it as a travel bag tho.TFS💕
I usually prefer a backpack as a carryon, but I recently purchased the speedy b 30 with thoughts of using it for travelling! though, I have yet to use it, hahaha but I am definitely waiting for the staying in the ban wagon video!! ❤️
Love the bag! Doesn’t get heavy with your laptop in it? In what kind of occasions (like day to night, work, casual, drinks or date after work, etc) you use the NF?
Hi hun! Sorry about the late reply! It definitely gets heavy with the laptop in it but it really depend how heavy your actual laptop is. Also, I am pretty good with carrying heavy bags lol! I mainly use the Neverfull for work and travel and sometimes shopping if I want to fit a lot in! Thanks so much for watching! Xx
hello Do you have a way of storing them? mine drape on the top of the fold of the handles the fact of letting them store in their original boxes the handles along the bag... they’re going to be 2 years old
Hi Isabelle, can you tell me where you bought the inside organizer? It looks like it came with the bag and I’m looking for something like that, I recently found your channel and I love it , even though I can’t afford to many of these bags but I’m starting to do what you explain to be able to, thank you! Enjoy your trip
Millie Colon my organizer is from Samorga! They seriously do the best quality organizers❤️ Definitely recommend them! I’m so glad you enjoy my videos, makes me so happy! Thanks so much hun xx
Isabella, Hi! Your videos are always very practical and to the point, I therefore, I love them. I need your unbiased advice. I will be travelling a long haul flight next year from Asia to Europe. I have weak shoulders & I’m unable to find an ideal travel bag/purse. Either the handbags are traditional purses where except my essentials nothing else fits or a big black hole like in long champ’s le pliage (medium). Hence, I was considering Neverfull MM in Mongram or Damier Ebene (DE). I have few doubts regarding Neverfull MM. Does ones stuff fall out of the bag and scatter on the conveyer belt when the bag is put through the X-ray machine in security check of the airport? Were you able to carry this bag from the aerobridge till your seat in the aircraft on your shoulder with just two thin straps without your shoulders’ hurting as you were not carrying any other carry on luggage? With NF fully stuffed with ones essential as well as travel essentials the bag tends becomes very heavy don’t the thin straps hurt shoulder, especially in DE print? I was considering Damier Ebene (DE) vs Monogram print as its low maintainence. I would like your advice on how comfortable are the shoulder strap NF in DE? Do they dig into your shoulders when bag is stuffed and heavy? I’ve seen on yt videos and read that the leather shoulder straps used in DE print canvas are very hard and stiff and don’t “break in” even after use? Is it true? Due to comfort of strap I’m inclined to go for Mono print but the delicacy of vachetta strap i.e. no water touching it puts me off as its very difficult for straps not to have water droplets on it while travelling. How safe is this bag with your valuables i.e. wallet, cellphone, passport etc. I have foll. essentials - travel documents pouch i.e. tickets, passports, boarding pass etc.; sarah wallet; 2 iphones in plus sizes; mini pochette (medicines); 6key holder; cles (coins); long champ coin purses (3); long champ pouch carrying liquid items i.e. lotions, balms etc.; a jewellery pouch; long champ fabric pouch as catchall; LV cosmetic pouch PM; shawl; wet wipes and tissues will it fit?. Do u think it will suit my needs? I would really value your opinion. Thanks , LMA
I have three neverfulls I have the same one you have and the monogram one in the GM side and then I have the Azores in The MM size And you’re not missing anything with the GM size I wish they were all the MM size The GM is just so massive and 5 feet104 pounds in the bag is so overwhelming I have 26 Louis Vuitton bags in a few Chanel bags in the lambskin out of all my bags this bag right here and that you’re showing is my favorite bag it really is and I wish I had the size you have
This is so good to know hun! Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I have placed the GM on hold for now, I do agree it is too big. I am also only 5 ft 4 and I think the GM will just be really overwhelming! Thanks for watching xx
Could I ask how you stop things from falling out when travelling say on the plane when you have to stow your bag either under the seat or int the overhead compartment? I’ve never really listed after the neverfull as I’m a small bag person but I have been thinking lately I should add it to my Wishlist for travelling etc. if I did get it I would get it in the MM damier ebene with rose ballerine interior. However, it will be behind a few other mini bags that I want first 😊
Hey Isabelle!! I bought a damien ebene in the MM just like yours a week ago... I am such a crossbody messenger girl i'm finding it hard to shift to the neverfull:( .. the neverfull doesn't seem to fit my weekend lifestyle.. The other problem I have is that it has a crease from when I purchased it and I have cinched in the sides to make it more structured so it will rectify itself but it still hasn't... Any tips there??
Hi hun! I do agree the neverfull is quite bulky but I adjusted to it eventually! As with the crease, I would take it into Louis Vuitton asap as the sooner you report the problem, the more likely they will be able to fix the problem for you rather than them saying it is "Wear and tear" so do take it in! I had to do this recently with one of my wallets and I'm so glad I did! Xx
