RU-vid's got a lot of tool reviewers/techs. You're one of the only, if not the only, who focuses almost entirely on the build and quality without bias to a brand or advertiser. Perfect archivists material.
The second tool - EMPI - is a strike wrench, used to remove 36mm rear axle nuts from old air-cooled Volkswagens. It is used with a hammer to break the nut, then also has a square drive to allow use of a beefy breaker bar or torque wrench to tighten it (217 ft lbs if I recall).
You are truly the king of tools. I didn't know they made 12 point impact sockets. I haven't seen a 12 point bolt in years. I really like the tool box tours. Thanks Catus 😊
That last specialty socket appears to be a spanner socket. I see spanner nuts from time to time on aircraft in certain Boeing center pedestals and huge ones on widebody airbus flap actuators. If you didnt have the right socket it was hammer and chisel for you. Love these vids!
I have a tool similar to your "mystery chuck". Mine has a hex on the back of the body and on the drive adapter section. It is for removing stripped and snapped bolts and studs. Maybe yours is for working studs, for instance on exhaust manifolds?
those giant specialty sockets you showed near the end 17:31 there are for concealed sprinkler heads this is the second time I've seen fire sprinkler tools in your videos
11:20.. no BIG CAT..those are lug nut sockets..the insert is to protect chrome, anodized, or powder coated wheel nuts..☝️ 16:16.. stud remover BIG CAT 🐈
